We’ll see. I might. I’m not much of a reader, I don’t usually have the time. As the oldest living Godfrey, I have a medical company to run. It sounds like you had a good time. Me? I didn’t do anything. Not for Valentine’s anyway. I stayed home with my kid.

I’m looking forward to getting classes kicked off this year, even if that does sound nerdy. I’m Professor Andros, technically, though my first name is Nick. I teach History of the Supernatural 101 and 102. Let me know if I’ll see you in either of my classes! Outside of that, how is everyone? Excited to be back?

Nerdy isn’t always bad in 2023. I’m Roman Godfrey, I don’t teach anything but you’ll probably see my face around town. Can’t say anything about being back, but being here for the first time is already pretty interesting.

I regret that I have to inform you all that a body was found in the forest surrounding Nevermore, apparently mauled by a wild animal. I ask that you all keep caution in mind when traveling and don’t go in the forests alone. We have our best looking for the creature, and law enforcement in Jericho is on the case as well. Classes will continue as previously scheduled and businesses in town will remain open, there is no reason to believe anyone is in danger. So we will all continue working as normal. My office and my inbox are open if you need to speak with me. 

That’s normal.

Woof, my facetiousness clearly didn’t translate well. I meant, it’s not the most surprising thing to happen around here. No problem. Godfrey? No kidding. Me? I teach at Nevermore. Magical Potions. So I guess, in a lot of ways, my job is kind of all about trying not to die. Most days, anyway.

Ah, that makes more sense. Yeah, Godfrey. No kidding. Sounds like a blast. I don’t know if I’d have the patience to deal with teaching. So is there anything else that I need to know?
