okay! hello fellow bttf and goofy fans! hope yall are doing well. sorry its taken me so long to say anything (ive been quite busyâŠ) but thank you for all your comments! im glad im not the only one who can see the similarities between these characters jdfkhv.
this au has been literally eating me up for months and now that i have a bit of time i thought i could put a âcastâ list of sorts of who would be paying who in this au! (tho I will say @imgonzoingrightnow pretty much got all the characters right xD) anyway!
Back to a Very Goofy Future starringâŠ
Max Goof as Marty McFly
max!! while I was watching the goofy movie I thought to myself âyou know what he would pull off Martys fit very wellâ and that just progressed into this whole au. the vibes are there and so is the personality⊠(also do you think i should call him Max McGoof? to keep the spirit of McFly alive?)
Ludwig Von Drake as Emmett âDocâ Brown
there could not have been a more perfect character for him. I was looking through the mickey mouse universe wiki when i suddenly remembered good old professor drake. I mean heâs a scientist, has pretty much the same hairstyle as Doc, and according to wiki has a dog! (also i know Doc is german and i believe Drake might be as well? or he could be Austrian⊠I canât fully remember but they have European roots so theres that!)
George Goof as George McFly
I mean who else would play martyâs dad if max is playing marty xD Also through research i learned some versions have Goofys first name as George which is pretty neat. (probably not completely canon since he also has George Geef, Goofy Goof, Dippy Dawg, G.G. Geef, and Goofus D. Dawg listed as his names so idkâŠwere just gonna stick with George tho jsdhfks)
Mrs. Goof (50s) as Lorraine Baines/McFly
huh?? im gonna have goofys unnamed wife from the 50s cartoons as Lorraine? yes. yes I am. but we dont know what she looks like? âŠ.yeah. But! what I do know is that she has red hair! so weâre gonna start from there lol. I realize theres other options for Lorraine considering goofy has a good amount of different girlfriends, (Clarabelle, Glory-Bee, SylviaâŠmy man has a lot of options) but theres a little something i want to do for this AU and to do it I need Mrs. Goof. with that said i do need to come up with a name so if anyone has any ideas feel free to tell me! (I could also just call her Lorraine idk)
