Sky comes back from helping gather firewood to an absolutely heart-melting sight; you sit on the ground while wrapped up in the sailcloth.
He didn't lend you the item explicitly, but he's told you plenty of times you're welcome to borrow his things in situations like this if he is using them.
Your eyes are closed as you listen to Wind tell some tale or other, looking truly at ease while borrowing his item.
He can't help but feel smitten at the sight of his most treasured item wrapped up around the person he loves most.
"You gonna stop staring at them and go say hi or...?" Legend nudges, taking the firewood from the hero of skies with a known grin.
"I think I will," Sky says, not bothering to raise to any bait - especially not when he has other things to do.
He makes his way to you and smiles softly. "Hey, sunshine."
You open your eyes, smiling right back. "Sky!"
"Mind if I sit beside you? You can lean on me and get more rest that way," he suggests.
Sky sits behind you, legs stretching out on either side of you. He leads you to lean back against him with gentle hands.
He presses a kiss to your cheek, arms wrapped around you. "Get some rest, I'll make sure you're up for dinner."
You relax against him quickly, going boneless with a soft sigh. You keep the sail cloth around you, looking for all the world completely at peace.
He doesn't know how he can deserve this, but he's not going to waste time wondering when he can spend it with you.
"Sorry for borrowing the sailcloth... It's just warm... and it smells like you," you say with your eyes still closed.
"It's okay. I'm glad you like it."
