I think one of the few underappreciated (most likely accidental) social commentary in VTM games is that you CAN choose to side with an enemy faction who would definitely eradicate your kind. Like, "no vampires spared" kind. Why? Because things like these happens in real life too. You see these misguided people, often a part of minority, supporting a group that blatantly disregard their lives and rights. Why? Because their hatred is stronger than their well-beings. Or they are under the mindset that they can be the exception, which rarely (if ever) happens. You know their deal. You know their motive and STILL choose to dive jump into it. Play stupid game and win stupid prize.
