Dear Oishifun Subscribers,
I want to thank you all for your service this past year with making Oishifun a success! However due to family and personal issues I am going to have to close my candy business. When Oishifun started it was two of us ( Rachel and myself) however due to family issues my partner Rachel had to quit. Sadly now I am at point where it is hard to run Oishifun alone and I being the mom of two small kids am finding it difficult to keep up. I will have Oishifun up until 8/31/2015 after that it will be closed (no more subscriptions). My last shipment will be 8/31/2015. PLease note that I will keep all my contact info and the page up but you will not be able to subscribe. I will ensure that all my custmers will get their shipments and will indefinitely keep my oishifun.info@gmail up and running so you can contact me anytime about any questions or concerns. I want to thank you all for your support and making Oishifun a success!!!

I wanted to include this info about shipment and boxes. unfortunatly I have had some lost boxes and want to deeply apologize for that but please uderstand that once i send the boxes out to the post it is literally out of my hands. The only two things I can do are give a Refund or send a New Box, I want to ensure all of you, my customers are satisfied so I will always do my best to make sure that the situation is taken care of.

Please understand a box can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks even 5 sometimes to arrive. I pay the cheapest shipping cost so I can keep box at $25. (Please understand $25 goes to the shipping, purchasing of the candy and labor)Therefore there is no tracking number. If you have any questions about an order PLEASE email me at [email protected]. Please let me know of any issues and I will try my best to resolve them. I can not help a situation if you do not communicate with me. Hello, I always make sure to ship to the PayPal shipping address that my customers give me, unless they tell me otherwise. Sometimes boxes can take up to 4-5 whole weeks to get to destinations due to being shipped at the flattest rate and being shipped from Japan. Could I have your new address?
