Hi everyone! I’ve restored my blog because I’ve found myself in something of an urgent financial situation. If you could spread the word on this that would be fantastic! Thanks!
Hi everyone! I’m in a little bit of a pickle. An urgent pickle. As it turns out, art school is expensive. The rest of this semester promises to be even more expensive, and as I’ve already reached the bottom of my monetary reserves I’m going to need some help. I am going to need at least $50 by this weekend. The rest of this money will fund my projects for the rest of the semester; I wouldn’t be asking if it weren’t for essential supplies. I even set a goal higher than what I probably really need—I could stretch a fourth of what I’ve asked until May if I have to. Any amount will help. At this point, I’m kind of desperate. I would obviously love donations, but if you are able to spread the word I will appreciate your involvement just as much. I’ll even pitch in a digital drawing for every amount given—think of donating as paying for a commission! At the very least, you’ll still get a polished doodle. I don’t want to not reciprocate; I know that I’m asking a lot. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this! The help is very much appreciated.
Forgot to add, you can see examples of my artwork HERE!
I lowered my goal by $200 for the time being! Thank you so much to everyone who has reblogged and donated so far!!

Chamelan's Traditional Commissions
TRADITIONAL COMMISSION INFO
Have you ever wanted a piece like the ones featured above? Are you willing to spend high-ish amounts of money to get it? Do you live anywhere in the continental United States? If you answered ‘yes’ to all of these questions, you may be interested in a traditional commission from me! Read below for more info!
PRICING
Because traditional work varies in terms of time spent, materials used, size, etc., I will never have a set price list. Prices will be determined based on any number of things, and they will be different for every piece. Some guaranteed expenses for each traditional work: - Shipping & handling - Material fees (these will vary) The rest of the pricing will be determined when we discuss the commission. For these works, I ask that you include an email address that you check regularly with your request so that we can have a more formal platform for communication. It will make my life and your life much easier if we don’t risk losing correspondence to tumblr!
MEDIA
I am fairly proficient in acryllic paint, watercolor and gouache paints, charcoal, graphite, inks*, and oil pastel (*brushwork). I will work on all varieties of paper, canvas, and wood. Bear in mind that the medium and surface used are both variables in the pricing of your commission.
SUBJECT MATTER
Please do not think that commissioning a traditional work will limit what you can ask for! While I do not have many examples of it included in this post, I WILL create traditional character artwork for you! If you want your oc painted with gouache on wood panel, I can do that! I will similarly do cured graphite or pen sketches for you (in the case that you want a physical drawing instead of a digital one), or even fully realized colored pencil pieces. I have a particular interest in portraiture and will work from observation as well. In terms of personal preference and regulations, the rules established on MY OTHER POST still apply.
SCARVES
I also knit! I currently have two sizes of needles, size 11 and size 15. If you select: - A type of yarn (be specific—please do your research and link me to the yarn that I need to order!) - Amount of cast on stitches (this will determine the width of your scarf) - Type of scarf (I will make infinity scarves AND normal scarves) - Length of scarf (approximate) … I will make you a simple, garter stitch scarf for $5! These are relatively easy for me to finish in short amounts of time, and they are also relatively easy to ship. I will pay shipping in the case of scarves, but the price for yarn will be added to the $5 commission cost.
Again, if you are interested in commisioning me for traditional work, please give me your email address so that we can engage in formal correspondence! If you have questions regarding this type of commission, please send me an ask. Thank you for reading!
Chamelan's Commission Info
Hey all! I’ve found myself in a bit of a financial bind as of the last few weeks, so I’m finally doing what I should have done a while ago: I’m opening commissions! As I do not have a Paypal up currently, I will be using my Gofundme page to organize things for the time being. Please note that this list encompasses only digital artwork. If you are interested in a traditional piece you can refer to the price list for that work, which I will post shortly Before I proceed with this handy-dandy price list and the work that goes with it, here are a few things to know.
THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW. -Porn -Nudity in excess -Violence, blood, or gore in excess
That being said, I will be willing to draw you pretty much everything else! However, please bear in mind that I am a human being with boundaries and Real Actual Emotions, and that the above list is subject to change at any time. I only ask that you respect me if and when it does.
