i think the fact that kris is my favorite deltarune character is really funny like imagine if god came down to earth and was like yeah i really fuck with this one kid from rural idaho so much so that i've been lets-playing their life markiplier style. i'm really endeared by how much they Don't Like It
Can't wait for chapter 5 when we can hear Kris for the first time and they yell FUCK and then they look directly at the camera and say "I am a non-binary person and I use exclusively they/them" and then we never hear them talk ever again.
been graduated from highschool for several weeks now but man. i miss the equipment from my ap chem lab.
like it would be so nice to have like a volumetric pipette or a graduated cylinder or a burette or one of those magnetic stirrers esp since i have a small fish tank and some of the products are super concentrated like one capful per 60 gallons concentrated. or a burette for drip acclimating. OR A HOT PLATE. cause i have to heat up salt water for my wisdom teeth wounds ughh we should make lab equipment more common in households i think
I DELETE ASKS THAT DO NOT CAPITALIZE THE IDENTITY OF "BLACK" ☺️

there are too many things happening this summer that i'm thinking we are going to need an extra 6-12 months of june and possibly another 3-4 months of july. probably no extra august as the problem should hopefully sort itself out by then. we are also looking into extending the day night cycle to 55 hours and extending the human lifespan to 10000 years.
you have to consciously unlearn racism and continue to watch for it because it will come out without realizing. because so much of society is structured around it. shrugging and going "i dont care" or "i dont know how else to say it" means you are okay with being racist and hurting other people with how much you dont give a shit about them.
in honour of pride month, i'd like to remind everyone that yes, it is important to gender nonbinary characters correctly. (well its important to gender everyone correctly in general, but this post is about fandom exorsexism)
i dont give a fuck if you think it's okay because 'theyre just pixels' and youre supposedly not hurting anyone's feelings. maybe the character cant be hurt by you misgendering them or saying their gender is 'up to interpretation', but real nonbinary people can see your words. and everytime they see someone put down their own rep, they get just a little more disheartened.
"but it's just fiction! just because i misgender nonbinary characters doesn't mean i don't support real nonbinary people!" yea, i dont believe that. if you truly supported nonbinary people, then you would support normalising transgender identities in media instead of implying that referring to nonbinary characters correctly is 'too difficult'.
and yes, gendering fictional nonbinary people correctly is just as important as doing the same for real ones. media, fictional or otherwise, does have a real impact on how the general public perceives minorities (you'd know that if you actually paid attention in history class). so what that means is that normalising nonbinary people in media would subsequently normalise nonbinary people's presence in real life society. which loops back to the original point of this post:
it is important to gender nonbinary characters correctly. it does, in fact, genuinely affect us. everytime you say a nonbinary character's gender is 'up to interpretation', you slowly influence one more misguided kid into becoming more exorsexist. everytime you tell real allies that theyre snowflakes for caring about this issue, you dishearten one more nonbinary person.
anyways, if youre going to ignore/disagree everything i've just said, then as a nonbinary person: if youre going to treat our representation this way, at least have the decency to admit youre transphobic instead of claiming to be our ally.
