tips to have a nice routine
A daily routine is a great way to keep yourself on task. The longer you stick with it, the more each task becomes a habit and it starts to get easier. But a routine isnāt universal, each person has its own.Ā
plan: before your day starts have in mind - or in a paper - what needs to be done on that day or the next one. It will save you time.
wake up before you need: if you have extra time before you go to work or school, having extra time for you is essential. Eat calmly, take a shower, pack or things and donāt live your house late.
donāt go hard on yourself: enjoy your breaks and take a breath. Pushing yourself to the edge is going to tire you before your day is done. Listen to some music, eat a snack, read.
set a time to sleep and wake up: most people need 8 hours of sleep per day. According to what you need, schedule a bedtime and wake up time that gives you plenty of sleep.
prepare your meals: if you donāt have time to cook daily, take one day off and cook for all week. Itās healthier and cheaper than getting take out every single day.Ā
follow and repeat your routine: if you donāt try it, you wonāt know how your day works. Trying and adapting it is essential to create a perfect routine and transforming it into a habit.Ā
i say it all the time , but iām currently adopting a new routine. i really want to stick to it and i think with some determination , iāll be able to.
You deserve the love you keep trying to giveĀ everyone else.

right now you might be in a situation that you think you wonāt survive but six months ago you were in a situation that you didnāt think youād survive and two years before that you were in a situation you didnāt think youād survive and the point is you will always surprise yourself and you will always make it through

Iām sure we all know how tricky time management and productivity can be, and also how crucial it is to be good at it, to succeed. So, Iād like to share a strategy of effectively managing all of those tasks you have at hand!Ā
Introducing Dwight Eisenhower, 34th president of the United States. He lived a super productive life, and during his presidency he implemented many transformational programs including NASA and the Atomic Energy act. Before then, he was a 5 star general in the US army, serving as the supreme commander, he was also the president of Columbia University⦠I could go on.Ā
My point is, he did all of this while still having time for personal interests and hobbies like painting and golfing. He was amazing at time management, and his most famous method of handling tasks, is called the Eisenhower Matrix.Ā
Itās a method of prioritising and sorting out your to-dos based on urgency and importance. Ā
It is super helpful is making us question what is important and actually necessary to do. I think that we often fill up our time with tasks that do not help us in reaching our core goals, and this method helps us narrow down our todos, saving us from wasting time, energy, and resources.
The 2nd and 3rd quadrant (not urgent important, urgent-not important) is what really minimises our productivity, if not properly managed and scheduled
I personally think its a fairly good way of understanding all that you have to do, what you should do first, and how you can deal with the rest. You donāt have to necessarily plan everything out this way, but its a good mindset to adopt when managing your workload.Ā
Iām so so awful at being concise (Iām so sorry for the long post!!) But I help this has helped you guys. Hopefully Iām going to post a printable of the matrix in the near future, so keep an eye out for that :)
What is important is seldom urgent and what is urgent is seldom important. -Dwight Eisenhower

if things donāt go your way, keep fighting. keep doing. itās okay to be sad for a while, but itās so important to get up again and analyse what went wrong, set up a new plan, and continue working towards your goals. regretting the past isnāt going to help you in the present, thereās nothing you can do now except learn from your mistakes and fight for your dreams.
