to procrasinate, the idea of going through my dark academia board on pinterest came to mind. i forgot how aligned i am with this aesthetic, and how this aesthetic genuinely has shaped so much of who i am and what i am interested in.

How wonderful is it going to a cafe and ordering a coffee for the first time since Ramadan finished.

In my hometown I saw daffodils and bluebells marking the start of spring, and then magnolias and cherry blossoms. Tulips too.

Where are the flowers of spring in this city? I look so forward to the blossoming of these flowers, and in my heart there is gentle sorrow that I have not witnessed their beauty and arise.
