Idk how people work out in other countries but I feel like it’s very American mentality to work out “until failure.” Like the only acceptable goal for working out is to go absolute beast mode and do reps until you fail. Sort of like how in our work life we have to be doing the most constantly. Always doing the most all the time. Always grinding. It’s celebrated. What if I just want to work out and actually have a good time? Imagine doing something good for yourself in way that you actually enjoy doing it. Imagine getting to enjoy your life without some bitch in your ear telling you how wrong you are🙄
