i'm actually DRAWING and HAVING FUN and all it TOOK was a fucking ballpoint pen and the sheer pressure of an uncertain future

I think that maybe my biggest problem is that I can't do lineart on digital because I don't have any pencils I feel comfortable drawing with.

the only one that clics is the sai's default, but I don't draw on my pc anymore... and still, that one felt horribly wrong at first. I'm completely fuelled by nostalgia.

as soon as I'm freed of academic duties I'll take this blog more seriously (just the right amount of seriousness)

GUYS the fic name is "SUGAR ADJACENT FRIEND" and it's so good... if you want to giggle and kick your feet like a high schooler it's your reading

it's like 130.000 words long (14/16 chapters complete) and is set up in an alternative universe where Kakashi is the CEO of a high tech company and iruka is the manager of the educative department... naruto makes big appearances too, he's the sweetest I swear

every character is so well developed and reimagined...... and the interactions between the oblivious iruka and kakashi...... it's endearing PLEASE read it and tell me what you think of it...

(context and thoughts under the cut)

context: it’s friday evening and it’s raining cats and dogs outside, so kakashi decided that reading the new icha icha tome would be the most perfect plan. he peeks outside, thinking lucky of himself for being dry and warm... and then, he sees H, running along the street like a wet cat chased by wolves. a thunderstorm is starting to break, and he doesn't want to deal with a sick H for the rest of the week, so he calls them inside. H is soaked to the bones. after a hard time convincing them, H takes a shower at Kakashi's place and borrows some of his clothes. after chatting for a while, H realises it has, indeed, stopped raining - does that mean that they can't crash at his place anymore? their spiralling thoughts stop when kakashi appears -full prepared- to announce that dinner's ready, not giving much credit to the astonishingly clear sky. seems that it doesn't matter at this point.

doodled his down as fast as i could before the image i pictured escaped my mind (to never return again). couldn't get kakashi's hair well this time, but i will if i ever digitalise this. i was also figuring out how to reflect an image over the windows, and i think i get it now. the background is fully red to cover the parts of the sketch that were too distracting hehe... oops.
