She matched his grin removing her sunglasses fully. She knew that gaze far better than she was going to admit. But still she relished in the attention as always.Â
Her hands grabbed the jacket as it draped over her shoulder, holding it in place as she fought the eye roll. How easy they fell back into those roles. Just like before, only it wasn’t. “Oh of course,” she laughed, “How silly of me to think otherwise. I don’t know what I was thinking.”Â
Emma’s gaze moved over his body, biting her lip, while her icy gaze paused over the wings before moving to the others of the group. She watched the shock at the display cross their face and  all she could do was shake her head. A slight giggling leaving her lips at their thoughts. His hand extended and she rose a brow at him. “Mmm vaguely,” She teased smirking  taking the offered hand.Â
He took her hand, placing it on his shoulder, arm about her waist, securing her against him, a knowing smirk at the familiar proximity. “Vaguely, huh? Let’s see if this will jog your memo-.”. With no more warning, Warren took off. Propelling from the ground, as shocked gasps from the group melted away. Blonde hair whipping in his face he laughed, exhilaration and relief flooding his veins. And finally he was soaring, rising above the school, before settling into an easy glide. “Like you could forget this,”, he laughed out above the wind.
