Where I Wait For You

Idol Sin, Type I, CAT 3

Born from the psyche of a man blaming modern social media developments for his inability to find a romantic partner, his Idol fulfilled his romantic wishes and led him to starting a local community group focused on healthy living and connecting with others to further sate his desire for human connection.

The resulting cult, drawn from both the local populace and online engagement, promotes a variety of healthy natural activities and lifestyles, like gathering rainwater instead of using mains water, wild swimming, mainting a diverse garden, ritual drowning, walking during light rain and using non-processed natural soaps.

These activities facilitate the spread of the Idol's control, as ingesting water drawn from the pool used for ritual drowning eventually leads to the creation of Apostle minor sins and even the awakening of a rogue, undocumented exorcist, loyal to the Idol's host despite showing immunity to the mind control.

Its palace lurks at the bottom of the pond used to drown the cult sacrifices, appearing as an inverted version of the forest with thousands of rain and water themed ornaments hanging in the air.
