Polls or open-ended questions Iâm curious about

I get intensely interested in very random things from time to time. I have no way of predicting what the next thing will be
Sometimes I add ids to posts without ids (I do it when I have time and can confidently describe them)
I also sometimes post about world events.
What there will and wonât be:
There will be no p*rn or anything close to it. That stuff makes me uncomfortable, so please respect that boundary.
There will be swear words.
There will be no bigotry.
There will be liberal usage of the block button.
There will probably be a lot of Bippy frog stickers.
There will be spoilers which Iâll try to be better about tagging (I just donât remember when things happenđ)
I probably wonât tag you in things unless I am tagged in something first, or you ask me to be tagged in tag games

If I post ab something you donât want to see on your dash, please lmk a tag I can use, so I can avoid making you uncomfortable in the future!
Iâll try to add tone indicators when I think it might be unclear, but feel free to request I add a tone indicator or clarify my tone!
It has been drawn to my attention that ppl shipping me could become a thing. Please donât :)
I also generally donât respond to unprompted dms from users I have not interacted with much or at all.
Disclaimer: I also have no obligation to respond to everyone and everything. I mean, yeah, Iâll try, and, yeah, Iâll get most eventually, but, if you refer to the top of this post, you will see that I am 1) very busy and 2) very tired. If you stick around here for a bit, you will realize there are more numbers and things I have going on, so I will not pressure myself to respond to everything, especially things that stress me out even more.
When I was a kid watching tv was idiot coded and nerds read books, but now scrolling shortform videos is considered braindead behavior and watching tv means you're some kinda intellectual. You might think this shifting assessment of media's consumers might make readers into absolute super geniuses, but no. Only perverts read now.
âtransandrophobia/anti-transmasculinity isnât realâ When i was younger one legitimate thing o had against transitioning (in the future) was that instead of being a women scientist, instead of being progressive and boundary breaking, i would just be a man. What would all the little girls think if i abandoned them, left the harshness of female hood to become a man instead, become not the idol they looked up too?
literally used to get so upset that i would not be a âwoman in STEMâ and would be taking spots away from women who could be in STEM instead of a man like me. that once my gender changed i was the statistic we were trying to push against. who needs more men like me in STEM?
Not to talk over you but use this as a way to get the conversation outta the tags â itâs younger trans men who needs men like you in stem. When you transition, the world doesnât just lose a women in stem it also gains a trans man/masc.
@echoiiing said it very well.
So, for everybody that feels that strange shame and pressure of needed to be the Women Scientist, the Women Role Model in the room â youâll instead be a Trans Masc scientist, a Trans Man Role Model.
hot take but also maybe not; I think some people need to stop saying theyâre âvocal stimmingâ when what theyâre REALLY doing is spamming a dialogue option
if argentina somehow wins this we all just need to pretend it isn't real and live like the world cup 2026 never happened. If we all commit to it we can do it and turn it true
