Why do I think Snape would match the best with a Muggle? Someone away from all the magic world drama, not knowing who Voldemort is, not knowing who Harry is, barely understanding the whole thing but being on Severus' side of course even tho she doesn't quite get why was the fuzz about Lily, James and all. She would be amazed by his magic and he would enjoy doing silly enchantments or not doing magic at all.

Also he would heal from the view he haD of mixed-bloods and his own father (not healing the abuse memories if he had some, just healing his concept about muggles).
