Welcome to Eerie FM, an eclectic radio station for all children of the night.
If you enjoy music that is spooky, creepy, haunting, macabre, gothic, goth, unsettling, ghostly, chilling, or just in some way dark... Then I hope this blog can be lead you to some new encounters. Although there will be music from all different artists, there will be a tilt towards bands and musicians who are lesser known.
Additionally, because (kind of in the name) many of these songs may deal with darker topics, I will be employing a rating system of different levels to help you know what to expect (that way those who just want some Halloween-style fun don't get blind-sided by angst...and maybe a couple fewer plastic skeletons end up rattling the headphones of those seeking something more profound and moody).
Music spanning all different genres will be featured (the only real guidelines are that it's in some way dark and also I like it). I will do my best to tag the genre of each song, but please remember there is a lot of overlap and blurred boundaries between genres and I'm not an expert (I'm just some creature who likes weird tunes).
