Tasty Tuna Burgers
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise chopped scallions chopped red onions (or white) kosher salt pepper 1/2 of a lime 1 egg
Makes 4 tuna burgers
Instructions:
1. Dice about a handful size amount of onions, and half a handful of scallions. 2. Combine tuna, egg, mayonnaise, onions, and scallions in mixing bowl (*Note: drain tuna if it is in water.) 3. Add salt, pepper, and lime juice (Depending on your liking, though I recommend adding minimal salt since tuna’s salt content is already quite high.) 4. Form into handful sized balls and place in skillet over medium heat (Be sure to lightly grease pan first in order to prevent sticking.) 5. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, or until side is light brown. 6. Serve with whatever toppings you’d like (Tomato, mustard, avocado, mushrooms etc. Also, feel free to eat on whole grain buns or english muffins)

I remember being here a month ago and it feels so much more rewarding this time because I've been relying more on exercise to get me here. It's like the fat literally melted away when I was hamstering myself away on the treadmill. I like to think of my fat as the Wicked Witch of the West, and that bitch goes down when I sweat all over her.
I'm especially excited because my goal of 127 by 8/27 seems actually somewhat attainable.
August is going to be the month I surprise myself.

Tried a POP Pilates ab workout today...
Why am I so pathetic? My core has the strength of a chihuahua.. I can squat 90 lbs but I can't make it through 5 min of an ab workout? That can't make sense... Either way I'm pathetic. T.T But I've set a new goal for myself even though it seems close to impossible right now.. I will make it through this POP Pilates ab workout without dying and having the same composure that Cassey does in the video :) one day..
I've decided to set myself a goal for the month - I don't know if this is a good or bad idea since 127 means a whole 5 lbs in one month.. that's... a lot for me.. but I figure it's better to set a harder goal than an easier one so I'll think twice when I reach for the box of Cheez-Its :P
