I mourn the loss of the potential conflict and angst the revised oath would've given us.
Imagining it from Garroth's POV is actually so painful.
You help revise the Oath of The Guard to prepare for an impending danger, to protect the people you love. The decision was already hard enough, but it is made more difficult when your Lord, the woman you love, expresses her horror that this newly implemented rule would mean forcing someone she cares about to end his own life.
So for her sake, you keep it a secret. For her sake you turn a blind eye. Just this once.
Years later—after your relationship with the person you were previously warry of transforms from rivalry, to friendship, to something more—you forget about the oath.
Until one night, your heart comes to you, sword in hand, and kneels before you. Begging you to end his life in order to protect the woman you both love. He explains that he is a danger to everything you both swore to protect. He pleads for you to uphold the long forgotten oath on his behalf.
Dread begins to swallow you. The realisation settles in your bones.
'I did this...'

who are Katelyn’s siblings?
(MyStreet)
somebody please help, I know she has like, just the MOST brothers, but does it ever say their names and ages? Aside from Kacey, of course
Finally figured out how many brothers Katelyn has. I don’t know why I thought she had five. But she has three.
And there’s this scene too, which kinda confirms it.

Things We Know About The Wolf
• they can teleport
• they’re looking for Aaron
• “His final breath draws near.” (could mean that The Wolf wants to kill Aaron, but until No Calm At See, it felt like maybe they just wanted to find Aaron; and not necessarily kill him. This quote isn’t saying they want Aaron to draw his final breath, just saying that soon it will happen. Could be a red herring—maybe The Wolf is trying to prevent it? We’re not really sure, especially since we don’t see The Wolf directly interact with Aaron, so I don’t know)
• their scary strong and good at fighting
• they potentially have a phantom ship, according to Laurance
• they have a really scary voice
• the red scar on their mask glows sometimes (when they were speaking, and in the video above)
Who did it better?
Vylad Ro’Meave
The Wolf
As I was doing this I remembered one clip came out 11 years ago, and the other clip has epic music and amazing effects so like… now all this is gonna show is whose bias is stronger? Vylad Ro’Meave fans vs. Quality and Absolute Cinema.
“There’s a guy out there you don’t wanna run into.”
“Be. Careful.”
Close the Door.
i fear this was originally a doodle on magma that i got waaayyy to carried away with— glad I did though
Have you ever noticed that all 3 Ro’Meave brothers wear masks?
“We wear the mask
that grins
and lies,
It hides our cheeks
and shades our eyes,—
This debt we pay
to human guile;
With torn
and bleeding hearts
. . .
We smile.”
—The Mask by Paul Laurence Dunbar
Vylad (proper noun) Pronunciation: /ˈvaɪ.læd/ (v-lad)
