Naomy can ignite fire and explosions out of her (regenerative) bone marrow at will, so long as it is exposed. Her flesh is completely fire and heat proof.

Naomy has metal exposing bone on all joints of her body (including spine) and her finger tips. Think of her combat style as that of a firebenders, though she can only ignite fire and explosions but cannot control them.

This said, Naomy can also generate heat from her body (prominently where the bones are closest to the skin, like her face), or heat her bones without directly lighting fire.

Yes, she can breathe fire like a dragon (cuz her teeth are bones) though she has to be careful about her enamel
