It's been a year since I got into Murderbot and I've been thinking about Gurathin a lot. He's accidentally become my posterchild for unrequited love and I really see myself in him right now. The other day I was listening to my murderathin playlist and I noticed it was hitting different... Yeah, you got your heart broken by yearning just like Gurathin, of course it hits different!

This isn't something I've seen discussed before but I think Howard Hamlin had a mad latent crush on Jimmy the whole time, he just wasn't aware of it.

The first time I watched the show I really thought they were going for a lame love-triangle plot between him, Kim and Jimmy, so glad it didn't go that way. I don't think he'd be interested in Kim that way but he would definitely say yes if they invited him for a threesome. Of course he'd only have eyes for Jimmy the whole time. I wonder if Kim would enjoy that.

Today I drove a forklift for the first time. It was extremely cool.

I just re-watched "Master and Commander" for the first time in a while and I cannot believe I never noticed the way Stephen puts his hand over Jack's during the surgery.

It's my first time watching it on blu-ray so maybe that explains why I missed it. But look, you can see it here, Stephen asks Jack to put a hand on his belly...

Here we see Stephen's hand grabbing the scalpel up top, while Jack has placed his below. And then...

...Stephen puts his other hand over Jack's while he makes the incision.
