Today I drove a forklift for the first time. It was extremely cool.

But more importantly I saw my crush in hi-vis work clothes and let me tell you... The beast in me was screaming and howling from within its cage like you wouldn't believe.

I just re-watched "Master and Commander" for the first time in a while and I cannot believe I never noticed the way Stephen puts his hand over Jack's during the surgery.

It's my first time watching it on blu-ray so maybe that explains why I missed it. But look, you can see it here, Stephen asks Jack to put a hand on his belly...

Here we see Stephen's hand grabbing the scalpel up top, while Jack has placed his below. And then...

...Stephen puts his other hand over Jack's while he makes the incision.

I can't believe I somehow missed this. 14 year old me would have gone insane. Peter Weir, you genius.

Rhulk and a Guardian having a nice, civilized chat.

Haven't drawn Rhulk since 2022. I'm re-visiting Destiny 2 a little but idk if i'll be able to play "Vow of the Disciple" one last time, so I need to scratch that Rhulk itch some other way. So I drew this scene.

It's really out of character, now that I think about it. Sometimes I kinda forget he really extinguished entire civilizations... Well, this Guardian is either talking him into being good, or he and his ghost are evil and talking about joining forces. I don't have a backstory for this one... yet.

I like the color version but I prefer the black and white's mood, so I post both.
