so when i was watching pinof 7 i was curled up on my bathroom floor because there's good internet in there (don't judge me) and my sister walks in and is like "you need to go up and do the dishes" and i respond with "well give me like 3 minutes im watching something really important to me" and she leans over me and looks at my screen and says "oh, it's just Dan and Phil. it's not important grace" and it really hurt tbh. i then said "well you take time out of your day to watch game grumps and im not rude about it" and then she said "well that's because game grumps is actually important. dan and phil are just dumb" i then proceeded to maybe talk to my boyfriend (now ex boyfriend because this and a few things that happened after). i was really happy after i finished pinof 7 so i was like "babe oh my gosh im so hAPPY" and he told me to get over it. i was like "you don't understand though, pinof 7" and i quote, this is what he responded with "no, i understand" "you met two fags from youtube" "who don't even know you exist by the way" "and now your coming to me about it" "honestly i couldn't even fake care about something this dumb. talk to someone else about this grace because it's really fucking stupid and i don't care." if you aren't into something that other people are into or if you don't find certain things important and other people do, don't make them feel shitty for it. just say "oh, it's just not really my thing" opposed to "that's just stupid, why would i even care about that" like, doing that isn't cool and it's a really rude thing to do that is all sorry i really needed to vent
