Had a lecture 2day which covered impressionist painting, zadie smith and i got to chat about beat writers being 'off their tits on LSD' which was f-a-b. Also at one point the lecturer said 'and for something that's a bit less white male' n talked about problematic usage of male gaze in impressionism ^_^ ^_^
