hana wipes her forehead with the back of her hand as sweat slides down her skin, finding the sun downright unforgiving on this sunday afternoon. still, it’s better than the opposite since moving on a rainy day would be even more hectic and she would hate it for them. she's occupied checking if there's anything they left behind, but her attention immediately gets drawn to nabi when the other mentions a suspected sprain, before a slight chuckle escapes her lips. “show me — where does it hurt?” she asks soon enough with evident concern, walking over so she’s standing right in front of nabi. “how bad is it?” she questions next. “you’re lucky that i’m kind of an expert when it comes to body aches.”

"i think it's uh—" everywhere, her mind wavers to cry out. the ache spreading around every muscle in her body once she settles to catch her breath. it was official: she was definitely out of shape. despite the initial warning, she doesn't want hana to worry even more. so her hand, the one that's not pressing against her lower back to ease the soreness, shakes in the air to dismiss it. " it's not that serious. you've done far too much for me today" nabi reassures, trying to straighten her back and get back on her feet when hana shortens the distance. embarrassingly, again, her face twists in slight discomfort and she's back where she started. "okay it's definitely a 5 and lower back." and that's her trying to save some dignity by not giving it a higher score. god, at the very least, it could have waited till hana was out of sight. she laughs softly, shaking her head. "mover and a doctor during your part time? such luck" she jokes, trying to hide the embarrassment. but the warmth around her ears has already started to build up. "i— think we—uh, i have ice."

Wanted plots based off of rom-coms:

10 things I hate about you: muse a, the badass, was paid to date muse b, the hard headed and scary one that doesn’t date, so that the person that hired them could take out their sibling. Lots of ups and downs with muse b trying to resist muse a’s attempts at charming them and then inevitably giving in. Could even mix in the part where muse b finds out the truth for some extra angst!!

The wedding date: muse a’s sibling is getting married and so muse a hires muse b, an escort, to accompany them home for the wedding. It’s the first time muse a has been home since their fiancé broke things off with them and muse a wants to put on a show that they’re okay and not still caught up on what happened. Muse b charms her and her family and they fall for each other, and her family opens up about certain family secrets that muse a didn’t know before. Cue the drama of muse a being upset that muse b found out before she did and let the angst unfold!!

Going the distance: muse a meets muse b while muse b is in town for a few months for an internship. They vow not to make it anything serious since muse b isn’t permanently there but when muse b’s internship is over, muse a confesses their feelings and the two agree to do long distance. Just give me the ups and downs of long distance!! One trying to find a job where the other is, the late night phone calls, the quick trips, and the universe working against them.

The proposal: muse a is on the verge of getting deported and muse b, her assistant, makes a deal with them to marry them in order for them to get their green card so that they can stay in the states. The downside? The two of them hate each other and muse a knows nothing about muse b. In an attempt to get to know them better, they go home with them over the weekend and in between the fighting with each other and the family, they fall for each other.

27 dresses: muse a is always the bridesmaid for all of her friends and muse b is the opposite. They hate weddings, despite being a writer for weddings due to their own fiancé cheating on them years before. Muse b is trying to find an out in their career so that they can take it in a different direction other than weddings and while trying to come up with a way to do so, muse a leaves their planner behind in a shared taxi/uber with muse b, in which muse b discovers how many times muse a has been in a wedding. So, muse b takes the story to their boss and is given this one chance to make a story better than the ones they write for weddings. Muse A’s sister is getting married and muse b uses that as an excuse to get closer to get their story and in the midst of it all, they fall for her. Before they can take back the story or tell muse a about it, it’s published and they’re completely embarrassed. Cue angst and feelings!!

it's almost second nature to follow her behind when, out of the corner of her eye, she sees minjee walk away. vera doesn't even feel the need to excuse herself to the person she was chatting. no. they are just ploy. she had spent all evening just chit-chatting with about any good-looking man, going as far as to involve lingering touches and fake laughing at, god knows, what stupid thing they said just to get under minjee's skin. all in vain. since despite her efforts, it was vera who was completely tainted with the hedious and petty shade of green, growing irritated with anyone that caught her ex-girlfriend's attention. " yes, " vera shrugs. what's the point in trying to hide it? she was bad at faking innocence and even worse at trying to hide strong emotions. " i am. i am so incredibly jealous i might as well explode if it keeps anyone from touching you. " her face is stoic, won't even stop the venom on her tongue to weight her words.
