I know I said I was tired of living through big historic moments.... but I’ll take it back if I live to see the British monarchy dissolved
I just really enjoy his walk and talks.
Documentary: And in five billion years, the sun will expand, devouring earth in fire-

twenty-seven year old me:
“I bring word from the swamp prince, the old pacts shall be honored, muster your forces at first light…”
They used Estación Baquedano, one of the bigest metro station, as torture chamber, and the moment they get called out and we get the lawers they quickly go clean all the blood.
José Miguel Uribe Antipani, 25 y/o, was killed by a militar in Curicó (VII Region) even when that region doesnt have curfew. They killed him when that zone didnt had the order to have militars. His son is barely 1 year old.
^ The evidence was so clear and the info was spread all around Chile that the goverment had to take away the militar who did it. They havent say his name publicly, but it was confirmed he had antecedents of assaults and being violent.
Militars are killing dogs.
They are shooting children.
They are kidnapping people from the opossite political party, they enter their houses and take them away. Last night Pablo Ferrada (In charge of secondary education in JJCC (communist youth)) and Valentina Miranda, spokeperson of CONES (national secondary education coordinator of chile) were taken away from their homes.
First Lady Cecilia Morel (Sebastian Piñera’s wife) said on a leaked Whatsapp audio she send to her friends: “We will have to reduce our privileges and share them with other”
Today (23/10/2019) deputy Pamela Jiles brings to the Congress a paper with the list of names of known deaths and how it to Chadwick (interior and public security minister), who laughs at it before Deputy Camila Flores (from the RN party) went and started ripping the paper.
We need this information to be spread! Chile needs help! They are killing us!
Violence from the army and police forces is getting bigger and bigger here in Chile.
President Piñera denies his responsability in the 15 deaths, even one of them to a young man of 25 years old in Curicó. Place which hasn’t been declared in emergency state, so there wasn’t need of military presence there. Yet, they shot him, and in 15 minutes later he was dead. He had a son of 1 year and a half.
This is not a war. Is a massacre

Chile is not okay, SHARE
Im so sorry for the people who follow me that suddenly started to see post about riots in chile, but my country is not okay right now. The information is not reaching other parts of the world, no one outside chile understand 100% what it's going on here and it's a fucking mess. The government is shutting us down, we have curfews in most of our regions, the military are on the streets, shutting people, killing them and kidnapping them to who knows where. The president doesn't want to listening to us, he is trying to make us seem like the bad ones, but he is the one who gave the military the o.k to use force against his own people. Please if you can, share this and look for more information about this. Help us share this, we need to world to know how bad is our situation right now.
Please share.
A summary of what’s happening in Chile
A day has already passed so I thought it would be a good idea to gather everything that has happened so far here regarding the protests, riots and police brutality:
- On october 6th, the government announced that the public transportation fare in Santiago, specifically the metro, would be raised to 830 chilean pesos (around $1.17 dollars). This has not been the first raise this year.
- The news angered the citizens, since both salaries and the pension system are miserable compared to the prices in transportation, education, health and electricity. Water is private, the health system is collapsing due to lack of supplies and recently we found out that our president has avoided almost 30 years in taxes, without consecuences.
- For context: minimum wage in Chile right now is 301.000 pesos, or $422 dollars. In a month, a person spends 51.460 pesos ($73 dollars) just in transportation, considering two trips daily. This is a sixth of their income. And the pensions aren’t much better: 134.000 pesos ($189 dollars) monthly. And there are people who get much less than that.
- Students decided to protest and take control of Santiago’s metro stations, inviting the rest of the citizens to evade the fare to show the general discontent of the population.
- The government replied by sending the police to fight against the protesters, hitting them, throwing tear gas bombs and even shooting them. Chilean press only shows the riots, avoiding the real facts.
- The protests got to the streets: riots and cacerolazos, and even multiple fires affect Santiago. All of this while President Sebastián Piñera is seen in a restaurant located in a wealthy área, having dinner with his family.
- At about midnight, Piñera annunces that Santiago is under Emergency State. The military goes out to the street, and the violence is harder than ever. This is the biggest event of repression Chile has faced since the Dictatorship that our country was in between 1973 and 1990.
This is still going on. Cities along the entire country are getting organized to protest, because this isn’t just about the raise of a metro fare. This is the explosion of a social unrest that’s been growing for decades, and instead of dialoguing and trying to listen to the people, the government is endorsing abuse, forced disappearances and even the murder of hundred of people.
But this won’t stay like this. We are fighting back, and we will be heard.

UPDATE: Valparaíso and Concepción are under Emergency State as well.
Santiago is now under curfew, from 10 PM to 7 AM. The military forces will have the power do whatever they want to arrest everyone on the streets.
Things are scary right now. Lots of places on fire.
