vivi let out a laugh as she shrugged her shoulders, "that'll be helpful since i always forget." she smiled as she looked over at him. "i have a feeling it's going to take a very long time so i hope you're patient." she just knew she wasn't that good at the whole cooking thing. "the merry? what's that?"

el  nodded  her  head.  “i…  am.”  no,  she  wasn't  but  she  didn't  want  to  put  that  on  the  other.  “i  went  through  something.  as  a  child.  now  i  don't  like  doctors.  that's  all.”  she  wasn't  going  to  frighten  the  stranger  with  the  real  story.  “mine  is  too.  i  think.”  she  tried  not  to  think  about  it  too  often.  “time  is  different  too.  things  here  are  different.”  she  explained  with  furrowed  brows.

kaelen nodded her head, placing a comforting hand on the other's shoulder. "you don't have to talk about it. you went through something and that's all you need to say. what about a virtual doctor? i've heard about those. you talk to them through the computer and they're nowhere near you. you just explain your symptoms and see if they can help." she offered with a small smile. "very very different and i don't know how to feel about it."

"your memories got messed with too?" violet hadn't gotten to really talk to anyone who had it happen recently.. it seemed common enough, but it was still nice to know someone else had gone through it. even if she doesn't entirely know how she lost only some of her memories. from what everyone had said before, it was really an all or nothing type of magic. "everyone's been telling me i'm missing memories too. considering my dragons are here and remember me, but i don't remember making it to threshing, so i guess they're onto something."

liam nodded his head, "i had absolutely no memories of anything from home. i thought i was from here until it all just came back to me. it's odd." he wished he understood what happened or why, but he was just happy that he remembered now. "well that i do remember. you did make it to threshing and ended up with two dragons. it was wild, but amazing."

"nope. you and i are from the same place, more or less anyways." there was a pause in that monent as gale tried to decipher what she did and did not know in that moment. "do you know who i am?"

"we are?" shadowheart questioned, her brows shooting upward. "no, i'm afraid i have absolutely no idea who you are, but i'm assuming you know who i am since you said we're from the same place. more or less."

Taggie looked up as he spoke, her mind going into overdrive briefly. Of course, he knew her in this world; they had met, but surely he wouldn't have forgotten that. It didn't work like an ongoing amnesia did it? "Hi", she said with a semi-enthusiastic smile, though it faltered at his next words. He remembered something; it wasn't much at all, but he knew something of their life in Rutshire. "Taggie," she said with a sad smile. "But I never told you my name when I met you there," she pointed out, shuffling from one foot to the other. "Taggie O'Hara, I had just moved into the priory next door to you then."

"that's kind of odd." rupert let out a laugh as he shrugged his shoulders. "my daughter randomly becoming attached to someone and it just so happens to be someone from home, how strange." he shook his head, arms crossing over his chest. "sorry about that, by the way. she doesn't normally cling to other people that aren't family."

"boom." jinx smiled as she mimicked an explosion with her hands. "i really like when things go boom so that would really impress me. other than that? i don't really know." she shrugged her shoulders, arms crossing over her chest.

Amber did not like a single thing about this place . All of it was horrific . She supposed that it did have it’s virtues , seeing as she was alive once more . That was the good thing here . The only one , as far as she saw it . That and the fact that Tara was here ( even if she did not like it all that much ) . “ What are you smiling about ? Nothing to be happy about here . “

"oh, uhm, sorry." adeline apologized, the smile on her face immediately falling. "i guess i'm just happy to be alive and to have fern and her family be alive as well. that felt like something to smile about, but maybe i'm wrong."

she  had  been  here  long  enough  and  worked  here  as  a  counsellor  for  long  enough…  to  know  that  amnesia  was  strangely  common  around  here.  it  confused  and  scared  her  but  she  knew  it  was  around.  “ah,  my  apologies.  i  thought…”  sidney  shook  her  head,  smiling  sadly.  “yeah.  i…  i'm  a  fan.  yeah.”  not  a  lie,  as  such.  gale  had  become  a  friend  to  her,  despite  everything.  “sorry,  i  can  leave  you  be.  it's…  nice  to  see  you.”

"it's always nice to meet a fan." gale shrugged her shoulders, the corners of her lips lifting slightly. "albeit a little weird when they come up to and act like you're old friends and everything, but yeah always nice." she nodded her head once. "you don't have to leave, if you want."

"our magic still works as usual." she's quick to reassure him, knowing how much his wings in particular mean to him. "the only exception is that we can't winnow outside the border of this place." she'd tried plenty of times since arriving, but to no avail, though everything else she attempted worked just fine, as if nothing had changed. "she's lovely, you'll just adore her. she's so small, rhys, and elain is a wonderful mother."

rhysand nodded his head, letting out a deep breath that he didn't even realize he'd been holding in. it was a link to his mother and sister that he was never going to be ready to give up. "no leaving this city then, got it." he didn't even know where else he would want to go outside of the city. "that's amazing, feyre darling. i can't wait to meet her and just catch up with elain."

"Really." He nodded. He loved Rheanyra with his whole heart. Even if they didn't remember him, he loved them. He would always look out for them and be there for them. "It's a date. Just name the date and time. I'll be there." His smile was soft as he watched them. "It hurt those I loved. Took me away from them."

they smiled, feeling their face heat up a little bit as they glanced at the ground. "good, good. well, i'm good with any date and time." rhaenyra admitted with a shrug of their shoulders. "i'm surprised you actually said yes. i was so sure you were going to say no." they let out a soft laugh as they looked up at him. "can you be reunited with them?"

posy wanted to shake sophie, to tell her that she was her sister. that they were family, and she needed to remember. "she is, she just doesn't know it." she spoke with a small sigh "i don't doubt that." she added with a soft laugh.

"give yourself some credit." sophie shook her head, reaching for her hand to give her a comforting squeeze. "all mothers should love all their children equally, no matter what. you shouldn't be made to feel less than for any reason."
