First post here, figured I'd have it be them! (I am an avid OCxCanon enjoyer)
The amount of lore and story I have built up for this silly is UNIMAGINABLE. I love them so much she's my silly little skrunkly.
Gonna try and get back into posting. Unfortunately my schedule has been rough, so art has been low.
I'll try and get some stuff out soon though! Hopefully.

so.. reblogging because I have since UPDATED Pest's design!!! Yes! I have polished my ideas and fixed up some things that made no sense/were left out while simplifying the reference.
I am including a headcanon name as well, though I still largely use "Pest" to refer to them. Anyways, here we go. I'll most likely use this from now on in future artwork.
At Death's Door
Spawning from an idea along the lines of "You've crossed him, and he lets his mask slip. He no longer has any semblance of sapience, and stares like a nocturnal predator.", this was an... interesting experimental piece.
I had never drawn reflective eyes before, but this was such a fun means of practice that I didn't mind doing the effect. (and tbh, I might do it again.) The effect gained feels so eerie, like you've done something horribly wrong. But the most fun part of this piece, was the portal itself. The black hole is something I have tried before in practice and this was fun to finalize as something I could do.
Anyways, enough talk. Enjoy the art!

Just wanted to post this study I did on Nathaniel Flint.
I studied the intro sequence as well as a concept sketch I had found.

Recently found an old piece of mine from four years ago, back when I was a die-hard Madness Combat fan. I will admit, I'm reentering the fandom like a meteor enters the atmosphere, and because I've cooked up some designs these past couple of days, I've decided to redraw that piece to see how far I've come. Been a while!
Been a while fellas. Figured I'd post an art dump for the time being!
Now, for the record, I LOVE Treasure Planet. So, these headshots shouldn't be too much of a surprise. I watched this movie about 12 times over the past two weeks, seriously brings a lot of comforting feelings.
Flint takes center stage becuase he's my favorite. :D

I know I said my next piece would probably be Folly related but I didn't have the time to do anything too intensive. So I just doodled one Regretevator NPC a day! I ended it off with: Pest, Poob, Mozelle, and Melanie as the first grouping.
I already have a list ready for my next group of NPCs, and Folly is on that list! Hopefully I'll find enough time to get that far!
