If you are like me, this is hardest for you. I can forgive almost anything when it comes to others.

But when it comes to myself, even the smallest things are unforgivable.

I feel like I have failed.

Like I am unworthy.

Why didn’t I try harder?

I should have started earlier.

I should have known that would happen.

I could have done more.

I would have been more help had I...

I ‘coulda, woulda shoulda’ myself. ALWAYS.

We take so much on ourselves. Why can we not forgive ourselves? We do not deserve all the mean things we do to ourselves, and say about ourselves.

Take the time to be kind to yourself. FORGIVE YOURSELF.

It is okay.

Lighten that load you carry within. Free that chain wrapped around your heart.

Ease your soul.
