There was a massive ballistic attack on Ukraine this night, especially on Kyiv, but not just there.

The photos that are available to the public are insane, but there are probably more destroyed buildings. My Ukrainian mutuals are reporting the earth literally shaking from attacks, even in the shelters. At least one person in Kyiv is dead, at least 44 injured.

I don't just hate russia and russians. There's no word in any language in the world to describe the sheer amount of disgust, contempt, rage, burning, all-encompassing loathing I feel towards them.

I hope russia burns. I hope they never feel safe anywhere in this world. I hope they reap what they sow.

This is not a special occurrence. They attack my country every single day. All russia brings is pain and suffering. All russia is is a parasitic culture of genocide.

And it needs to be gone. And it will be gone.

Because shadow is always doomed to disappear when the sun rises.

Glory to Ukraine. Glory to its heroes.

Four years ago I woke up at 5 am from distant explosions. I asked my boyfriend if he heard them too, he said he didn’t and I should go back to sleep. I tried to calm myself down, went on the internet, it was silent, no news or explanations. I told myself that those were just some weird street noises. Half an hour later I woke up again from the same noses, but louder. This time, there were news: russia launched a full scale invasion. In these 4 years I’ve felt layers of fear, hatred and sorrow I never thought were possible. The war completely changed my perception of the world and justice, it forced me to reevaluate everything in my life and everything I believed in. I’m not very good with words, so today I’ll be sharing some of my very personal artworks exploring some of the complicated feelings and experiences I had over the past 4 years. The war still goes on, in fact it has been going on since 2014 not 2022. russians still kill, rape, torture Ukrainian people, destroy our cities and do everything in their power to erase our nation from this world. The first book was written in 2018. Russia's genocidal war against Ukraine began in 2014. That 2014 invasion was preceded by Ukrainians being oppressed by a Russia backed dictatorship which was preceded by decades of brutal imperialist Soviet occupation and oppression of Ukrainian people...which was preceded by brutalities at the hands of the Russian empire...

I don't have electricity, water and heating. Again. And many Ukrainians are the same. When the temperature outside is -8 C° or below. Mmm how unexpected of russians to bomb civilian infrastructure 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. They want us to freeze to death😐.

While I was typing this, an air attack started. Again. How UNEXPECTED (no). Because of course they won't stop until we are all dead.
