Problem with Spam

What's the matter with the influx of those stupid "I have something important to tell you" spam/hacker comments?

Every time I post I get a ton of those and it's slowly grating on my nerves… It's weird, the accounts who post those comments are active and reblogging stuff, so I'm not sure if the real owners actually know they've been hacked or if this is just used as means to appear more "normal". I still report them every time, but I wonder if there's something else that can be done about those

I'm also currently working on a rewrite of "The Selkies" since I feel I've done this story a disservice by trying to be short. The rewrite will not only consist of minor changes but also a lot additional content.

On a side note, I remember this tweet where someone asked how to write stories longer than 2,000 words. For me it's more a question of how to write a compelling story in less than 20,000 words for me XD

I took an image of a sunbittern for reference for the pose, I might even replicate the wing pattern of the bird on this one, although I'm still not entirely sure if I'll do it eventually

Somehow I manage to push this one into the ugly cute, at least in my eye XD

At one point I even debated to redo the whispers and make them look more realistic but ultimatily decided against it as it would've made it look less like Raticate

Oh boy, did I struggle with the colours to this orz At a few points I even t a nearly finished version and started partial over but the end result was wort the struggle. I also already have an idea in mind for waning moon, introducing little bit of an additional theme into the series
