MASSIVE overhaul for this girl! I love her new design. I’ve been trying to practice anthro designs but,, guh. She’s suppose to be chubby but she just looks like she has hips for days. Which isn’t wrong either, I suppose? haha. gosh I can’t wait to draw her with her clan friends!
Once again trying to go through my character lists and update references! Fursona and altsona are first up. Airean anthro officially gets his ponytail (I’ve doodled him with it a couple times) and Myah gets an updated look, a flower crown and her first official ref sheet since being created four years ago aha
Against her clan’s wishes, Dreamcatcher takes a patrol and travels into the crystal to in hopes to bring Bluejay back. Hailstorm is angry for many reasons but agrees to go see her sister and protect the girl she loves. Along the way, Dreamcatcher finds herself falling for Hailstorm.
I finished a rough outline for a game I’m working on and started working on a tile set. I have not messed with pixel art in YEEEAAARRRSSS. I forgot how challenging it can be. Plus I’m sticking to a specific color palette which is worse because I’m horrid at sticking to palettes. This took me 2 hours haha. (Minus a flooring/wall combo that I scratched)
The flower needs a bit more shading, but I’m really proud of it.
Silver was assigned the shadow pokemon case from his guild master. After his previous partner is pokenapped and the door to their heart is closed off, Silver’s guildmaster tries to remove Silver from the case. However, after Silver rescues Wing, it’s discovered that Silver has the special ability to open pokemon hearts again. Now its up to the two of them to save the world.
This was done for a contest and is my first full piece in arceus knows how long. Two years maybe?
This was inspired by the shadow pokemon games, Coliseum and XD: Gale of Darkness.
An eevee is the starter pokemon in XDGoD and a Teddiursa is the first shadow pokemon you are able to catch in game.
Their names are Silver and Wing. In the main pokemon games, a Silver Wing is a legendary artifact dropped by the pokemon Lugia.
Their team name is XD001 which is also the name of the case file for Shadow Lugia in Gale of Darkness, the game about shadow pokemon.
The background is inspired by the Silver Trench, the place where you first meet Lugia in PMD.
Silver’s automail leg is inspired by the playable character’s snag machine in Coliseum and XDGoD.
And finally, Wing is the name of my first PMD OC, and he was the original inspiration for this team!

Their guild is very by-the-book and organized. Team names are rotom-generated so pokemon don’t feel encouraged by creativity.
Silver’s previous partner was a non-binary bayleef named Raven. They were good at what they did, but they could have been better had they gotten along.
Silver went against orders when he went on Wing’s rescue mission. His punishment was a night without dinner and cleaning out the bathrooms.
Although Wing’s heart is eventually reopened, he has no memory of his previous life. He joins Silver hoping memories will come back to him.
Wing still has the power to control shadow energy after his heart has been opened. It comes at a cost to his energy and consciousness.
Silver is the light-hearted optimist of the pair and Wing is the disheartened realist.
Silver likes to cosplay and will dress up as important/historical guild leaders when given the chance.
Silver is perpetually always late.

Sunstrike didn’t exist until a couple years ago when I realized my story was too one dimensional. He is... he’s uh... He’s inspired by Ted Bundy soooooooo
Peachfur is still in the works. As a name she’s been around for awhile, but as a character she’s still pretty mary-sue. Not sure how to get her past the apologizes for the trauma stage.
Warmheart has been an on and off thing since the start of the story, mostly because I don’t know if I like her name or not lmao. But I’ve always imagined her with a country accent, somehow, and she has the biggest heart out of anyone.
Ottersplash is one of my two oldest characters (along with Pebblepath) and I love her so much; also a big FU to the erins for stealing my very great name and not giving me credit and also one of their millions of dollars. But anyway, she’s gone through about a dozen designs and this one is my favorite. Holla
Off to a good start - getting 8 churned out in a week. Using a base and just slightly changing it is proving to be easier for this massive project so I’m glad I decided on it!
Ravenfrost and her brother Nightowl are some of the oldest character ideas I’ve had for the story and while their name suffixes have changed, not much else has. They’ve always been siblings, Ravenfrost has always been a deputy while Nightowl has always been living in his sister’s shadow.
Stormcloud has had a complicated existence. Her design was an unused Koiclaw set and then she was, at one point, Koiclaw’s brother. However, as Koiclaw’s character arc needed a bit more solitude, she lost her sibling, Stormcloud had a gender change, and garnered her own backstory. She has one of my favorite designs in the story!
Ferretnose has always been a brute but determined stick in the mud but she goes through name changes like warriors go through mice. And her name may change again before I finish the story. Her suffixes change between -claw, -fang, and -nose. Although at one point her prefixes were Clover and Cherry. Much happier with Ferret!
My warriors fan story turned 9 in December! It’s changed a little since inception and most of the characters have been since been replaced. I thought I’d finally get around to making references for everyone. It’s crazy that I have 45 cat characters for the story, but I do have 2 arcs planned and it is about an apocalyptic scenario so many deaths ensue.
Koiclaw/star’s character is around 5 years old and has been the only leader character to make a lasting impression through my remodels of the story. She’s also the tallest cat in the clans.
Dragon didn’t exist until my latest remodel of the story, but he helped cement the plot to what it is today. I’ve been finally happy enough with the story to be able to finalize a plot and write thanks to him!
Comet also didn’t exist until the latest remodel, but adds necessary character and development to the story. She and Dragon were created on the same day because their backstories intertwine.
Newt is an arc 2 character and doesn’t have much to him yet, but he was also created the same day as Dragon and Comet.
I’m using the same base for all of the designs and adding slight edits to them so hopefully I can dish them all out quicker, but we’ll see. It’s taken me 9 years to get this far.
Might scan a better copy later, but I got a great set of markers for Christmas and had fun using them today. Headphones are actually based on a design I made ten years ago!
