in 12 hours I'll be at my college graduation sitting in the audience waiting to walk across the stage to get my degree. its all so surreal because i remember starting this journey back in 2013 thinking i'd graduate within 4 years. well here we are, 13 years later, with that same fire just a little more discipline this time.

i've cried. i've laughed. i've thanked God a many of times too. i can't sleep because i'm nervous & excited. my best friend drove from washington d.c to come to my graduation. my mom! my mom made the drive an hour away just to see me. and she told me something that almost made me burst into tears. may 8th was my biological father's birthday. i walk across the stage may 9th. he passed when i was really young, so in some way it's like he's with me. i just can't get over what are the odds this is happening at this moment.

all in all, i'm thankful. this wasn't easy. i felt lonely many of days. i wanted to give up plenty of times... but i made it! cheers to me ☺️

i've been going back to the gym lately and damn. lol maybe they were right. having a nice routine & taking care of my body really does make a difference 😭

been going through some of the most STRESSFUL situations & yet i'm just vibing through it for the most part cause i have a solid routine that keeps me sane.

i really went to the gun range yesterday. it was nice to get out of my comfort zone! but also, i know i'm not a real shooter cause like my 2nd time around my arms felt like jello & immediately my brain went "All Done! ☺️" like a fucking toddler. like girl, pls finish the mag 😭
