On May 27, 2017, Rowan Choi, leader and main vocalist of OKGO surprised fans with a cover release for Troye Sivan’s Youth in their official Youtube channel. The actor turned idol is sporting his usual casual attire of matching black long sleeves and cap. He appears to be in a recording studio which fans speculates he owns.

Being a fan of one another seemed what they had in common, Peaches being actually excited to talk to him. After changing companies for very mundane reasons, she wanted to get along with everyone in Double Kill and so far she did not know many from broadcast. Just like Rowan, whom she had never met before. “And now you are not anymore?” Asking playfully, the older wore her, as per usual, cheeky grin on her petal lips, trying to break the ice. “Now I’m in a bind with you being my Sunbae in acting and me being yours in singing. What do we do?” Laughing softly at the tiny matter, the singer did think of dropping honorifics, though it felt like they needed to be friends for that first.

long hiatus in the acting scene did change something inside of him. could it be the longing, or the foreign sensation pooling in his chest. it is confusing for rowan to determine at once. albeit, he is grateful to be remembered, even from the longest time. sunbae. it doesn’t ring a bell to him. for more often than not, rowan is the youngest in the set. the sensation is... interesting.

“adorable we are each other’s sunbae.” he uttered, pulling a string of curved smile that spreads across his face. “what to do with it? acceptance. I love that concept, and I believe we can both learn something from it.”

They didn’t call her Lynx for no reason, she was exactly what the animal was said to be, one that knows all secrets or sees all. It made her seem a lot wiser than she actually was and in fact the vocalist just happened to be very good at reading people. It balanced out her lack of emotions with people. The female had no correct answer to that question and in fact, she too had been in search of it, but then again wasn’t everyone seeking that answer to life? “From what I’ve been hearing… you just say it no matter what you’re feeling, especially if you’re afraid to speak up.” Lynx responded respectfully, hoping the answer was enough to ease the male’s sudden spike of of curiosity.

Minkyung merely pursed her lips together in silence as he questioned her worries. There were days where she would be happy, the happiest she has ever been in a while with the love she’s receiving but there were also days that doubt would settle in her mind, clouding whatever good there is to her newfound relationship. Today were merely one of those days. She picked her head up to look at him, shaking her head at the scientific notion. She has probably heard it from her older brother or her late father, both being a man of science but that phrase hasn’t crossed her mind ever since. “I guess I’ve always been a pessimist despite the image I tend to carry. I’m just afraid of losing what I have now. Sometimes I feel as if it’s too good to be true.”

“I guess, the important thing we have to consistently learn in this lifetime is acceptance. To believe that whatever is happening to us, there’s a reason. I understand that life is frightening, especially when you experienced the times of loosing the people you cherish. But there’s reason. There has to be.” Slowly, he lifts his head to look at her, offering a soft smile. “Believe, you deserve it, noona. Everything that is going on in your life.”

xia didn’t like worrying other people. coming to korea at such a young age, she had to learn how to adapt and be able to live independently. due to that, it took a long time for the girl to be able to actually rely on other and even when it was necessary, she hated it. it felt like she was taking up their time - like she was just bothering them.

“i didn’t.” replied the girl. eventually, she’s going to have to, but perhaps she can just hold on for a little bit? she was unprepared for the scolding she would get because how on earth could she just sprain her leg while they were preparing for comeback? no, that was an option she’d hold out until she absolutely had to. “i only called you.”

“don’t tell him.” after all, nothing would piss off her manager more than having to hear it from someone other than mingxia herself. “i should be the one to do it.” her eyes flicker back to the cast and though she knows it’s going to be difficult, she had to get back to the dorm - or her company. “can you help me up?”

stumble in silence, rowan turn idle in movement as he process the events that unfolded. obvious to the look in her face, the worry and pain, hence the older idol composed the fume in his head, and halt his scolding. she is hurt, perhaps that is enough consequences of her actions.

“okay. I will keep my mouth shut, but you may have to tell it sooner, than wait for another party to spill the news to them.” it’ll be more chaotic, and definitely a disadvantage for her.

rowan offered his hand and arm to help the female idol get back to her feet. he took most of her weight onto him as the two figure proceed to leave the emergency room. he also took charge of the discharge process in the counter, and even sent her to her dorm. all in a careful motion, in case someone, anyone recognize them.

“tell your members about this, and I am sure they’ll help you sort these out, and please, be careful next time.”
