I am sorry, but this caused irreversible damage to my well-being 🫠
Yes, baby, let's make some wor plans together in my bed 🥵
It actually started earlier than the film Less than Zero.
Here’s James and Robert in the 1985 film “Tuff Turf”.
What's your lock screen, last song you listened to, last picture taken and last movie you watched?
[Instead of the last picture taken I will show you the last TV show I watched because the last pic is a selfie 🥺]
Thank you, loveee: @allmyandroids 🥰

INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE 2.05: Don't Be Afraid, Just Start the Tape
When we discuss these characters, sometimes all we need to remember are Santiago's words:
"𝙄 𝙖𝙨𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙞𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨."

The capacity for enduring...
Louis Icart, a French painter, created this artwork called Salome. In the paining Salome is being presented with a bloody knife or dagger, which was used to murder John the Baptist, to whose death she was directly responsible.
Story: Herod Antipas promised to grant Salome's any wish when she danced for him, and Salome's mother Herodias pushed her to seek the head of John the Baptist, who had opposed Herodias's marriage to Herod. This is how Salome became personally involved in his murder.
We can easily make a connection between Armand and Salome. This is a direct foreshadowing of Armand's role in the events leading to trial.
Also, knowing how Armand was presend in the books, we can also see visual resemblance between him and Salome.
Armand in the next episode be like:
"Now, my dear boyfriends, give me your attention for a moment."
Hi, love! What are your thoughts on the Lestat's "HA!" scene while Armand was telling his story?
I saw many people being confused by it and disliking it, seeing it as rude, disrespectful and unnecessary! For me, it was truly uncomfortable but brilliant at the same time. My take on it is following:
No matter how heartbreaking the whole scene was, Armand surly had his “ulterior motives” for telling the story at that exact moment and in a certain way. I believe, from one angle, he slyly built it up to eventual comparison between all those terrible "original" vampires and Lestat, positioning him to be as bad as them, and basically playing around with his biggest trauma. Armand made a silent equation, e.g. Magnus/Lestat = Lestat/Louis that leads up to eventual Magnus=Lestat. In that way, Armand and Louis are both their makers' victims, which is another vital connection and unbreakable bond between them! Also, it shows that Armand still can't disregard Lestat from any of his narratives and he knows Lestat is on Louis' mind as well!
However, Louis saw right through that last little move (his Dreamstat was silent throughout the whole Armand’s story up until that “comparison” point) and reacted very harshly afterwards. Louis knew how Lestat suffered under Magnus, so Armand's silent twisting of that to, for example, make Lastat look bad for the sake of strengthing their relationship was the breaking point for that uncomfortable "HA!" (I knew you were leading it up to this, you manipulator!) moment to happen.
I am so sorry if this doesn't make sense and if I was wrong for something! I would love to hear your thoughts!
Hey,
oh it makes sense, but, if I may?
@virginiaisforvampires answered something very similar here
Tumblr is a place to express yourself, discover yourself, and bond over the stuff you love. It's where your interests connect you with your
and I absolutely agree with her answer there! Louis reacted to a very specific part of the tale… in a very telling way.
Which in turn hints at what is to come, and what Jacob has hinted at in the recent TV Insider interview as well.
“It’s possible that he has reason to be suspicious or to just feel like there’s just something not right,” with Armand, Anderson continues. “I think he also got into that relationship knowing that there was an edge to Armand, but he kind of just chose to focus on the sides of him that were gentle and sweet and seemingly the opposite of any of the relationships that he’s had so far.“
Louis‘ inner Lestat knows.
And reacts accordingly.
(And yes, I also thought it so very well done!!!)
Truly fascinating! Thank you! ❤️

Seeing Louis treating this place around the tree like a mosque (even taking his shoes off), seeing it as his safe space and running to it when he needs comfort. Makes me wonder who could actually be under it?
