Official Secrets is that movie when a studio went like: “Hey, let’s prove that a spy and a journalist had more balls than the whole American and British governments together. Let’s put all the budget in get Our Best Shakespearean and Most Respected Actors™. And make it terribly accurate.”

Of course, the movie was ignored because of course people that were stupid don’t like to be reminded that they were, but damn it was good.
