Y’know with the term clanker making a resurgence, I’m surprised we haven’t seen it used that much for the Vex, Exos, or the machines the Eliksni make (or the Eliksni themselves cough cough Devil Splicers, Taniks, Atraks, Etc-)

I didn’t expect Bungie to put Gordon Freeman into D2-

I’ve realized a major difference between D1 and D2:

We all know how impressive the environments look in D1 as opposed to D2, I noticed it again when I was playing the story mission on Phobos, but then I realized how one note the enemies are in D1-

Like I know they Cabal were all victory or death but you’d think they’d form some sort of uneasy alliance with us or just run away from the taken- like the taken are clearly a bigger threat yet the cabal still shoot me in the face-

To be fair D1 was just introducing the universe to all of us but it’s interesting to me how differently our enemies and problems are dealt with in both games.
