Brown orbs warmed at the figure in front of him. He had always been a good natured man, but never good at social interacting. An ivory hand reached to run the length of his dark hair to make it more uniform. He was grateful to be approached at the party. His father usually made it certain that his only son was ignored or forgotten. âDo you need directions?â he mused before wincing at himself. âNot that you donât know your way around. I just didnât expect much company tonight.â
Eyes fixate for a moment, looking for a moment to gain her bearings. Unfortunately, she remained puzzled on the layout of the home. She felt she was perhaps dazed, the day had been long and she had become more consumed by tiredness as the day prevailed. The voice of another spurred her to turn, a thankful smile on her lips. âIt appears my navigation skills are not on par.â She smiled, a soft laugh leaving her lips. âI would appreciate it, I wished to get some fresh air.â
