Dawn found herself hovering in front of a fairly basic clay house. Well, not exactly found. She had intended to meet N here for the first time face to face. It took her a while to figure out where she was heading, after snagging a map from an unsuspecting map salesman, but here she was.
She had to admit, N was right. It was pretty secluded, and if there were ghosts or Ghost-Types present, then it wouldn’t be a problem for her. It was also fairly well shaded, perfect for her, since she didn’t have anything lighter than what she wore now.
After a few moments, the rustling of feathers was caught on the wind. Seeming to drop out of the sky, N landed, creating a tuft of loose dirt. A few moments later, an Archeops landed on his shoulders, chittering about what a nice day it happened to be for flying. It was still Autumn, he said, and the lingering warmth of Summer was good for him.
N scratched under the Archeops’ chin, before recalling him. He then looked ahead, catching sight of Dawn. For a moment, he looked a bit baffled. So she had said, she gave off the air of a Darkrai. But, N was unafraid. He knew she meant no harm.
“Greetings!” He took off his cap and held it to his chest.
Dawn perked up at N's arrival. She wasn't used to see humans and Pokemon as separate people, so she was surprised as N landed, followed by a Pokemon she had never seen. She could understand much of what was being said, but was thrilled to see a new Pokemon she hadn't met yet
In response to N's greeting, she allowed herself to drop the remaining or so feet to the group, though the ends of her scarf and hair seemed keen on remaining in the air, fluttering in an unseen breeze. She curtsied, as she had been taught, before allowing herself to stand straight. "Hello. It's quite an honor to meet you, and your cute little friend too."

Perhaps before dinner? I think that would be alright, because it’ll give me a good amount of time before I have to go back and cook.

I don’t know Unova very well, but if you know of somewhere that isn’t heavily populated, that’d be for the best. I wouldn’t want to scare any people.
I know somewhere where people don’t tend to go. It’s called the Strange House, and, it’s located near Reversal Mountain. It’s just a lone house, so, hopefully it would be easy to find.
If that works, of course. I’ve heard rumors that it’s haunted, but… I don’t tend to be afraid of ghosts, and the like.

Not… particularly? I mostly am free, and, can likely travel to wherever is needed. What is best for you?

Oh! Yes, there is something, although often it comes so naturally to me that I forget I do it.
I speak to Pokemon. Perhaps not Pokemon as you know them, but, the non-humanoid variations, that are mostly unable to be understood.
Ah. Truly a remarkable gift you have. I have met a small share of the non-human variants, or "standard" as some call them. I can see why it'd be hard for most humans to speak with them.

Well. I suppose I was embroiled with Team Plasma for a time, but. I don’t consider being betrayed particularly remarkable… Maybe that’s just me, though.

That wouldn’t surprise me very much– apparently my name has floated around, from region to region, even far away from Unova.
I’m not sure why, though. I didn’t do anything very important in the other regions.

I am not surprised. Darkrai do tend to keep to themselves a lot, and we truly don’t mean any harm, our powers just… aren’t under our control always.
That’s through no fault of your own, though. But, I can see where the misconception would lie.
Regardless, though, humanoid Darkrai or not, you sound as though you’re kind. That’s all that I need to know.

Humanoid… Pokemon? That certainly does top the list of bizarre, but. I’ve heard tales of people becoming Pokemon, and vice-versa, for years. I never thought to investigate it, but– here we are.
I think you’ll be well to find that I don’t have quite the suspicion towards Darkrai that others may. If what Sinnohian folklore says is true, they don’t normally intend harm or malice in their actions. I can’t say I’ve ever had the experience of meeting one, until now, I suppose?
