Cleo, and her twin brother, Evan, are destined to rule Heaven and Hell. Cleo’s the one who’s been ‘gifted’ the role of Hell’s heiress. Because of this, most people around her already treat her like she’s the malevolent evil demonic ruler that everyone expects her to be. They hate her, fear her, or both.
Naturally, this leads her to detest her role and resent everyone around her. She lashes out at people a lot, and as a result not many people want to be her friend. Cleo despises her destiny. She despises her family.
And then there’s him, Evan, her twin brother. The perfect angel, the heir to Heaven, Mr. Golden Child. They all love him more than they hate her. He never messes up, she does. Whenever he shows his power, he’s adored. When she does, they all run in fear.
Jealous doesnt even begin to cover it. Though…this jealousy causes her to overlook the fact that he’s angry and struggling too. They were close as kids, but grew apart once Evan started preparing for his role as ruler of Heaven. She always shrugs him off when he tries talking to her. Mr. Perfect would never understand.
The scapegoat is breaking. She always has been. Well…maybe she’s sick of being who she is.

"I’m destined to rule heaven…I have to be fine…"
Evan is perfect. He’s handsome, powerful, kind, everything expected of an angel. Which is great, since he’s not just an angel. He and his twin sister, Cleo, were born with a destiny: to rule Heaven and Hell. And as an angel, he’s the one fated to rule Heaven.
Evan really is a nice person, but his status and destiny means that even as a teen he already has a lot of worshippers and relentless supporters. He’s fine with it though, like his parents say, he needs to do whatever he can to prepare for his future. And he’s fine, he’s great, actually!
Well…outwardly he is. In reality, he’s still just a kid. He doesn’t want some grand destiny, he wants to be a teenager. Evan isn’t happy with his life, but what’s he supposed to do? His parents are all-powerful godlike entities and the world is already treating him like some perfect angel, worshipping the very ground he stands on. There’s so much he wants to say, to his parents, to the world, but he knows he can’t. So, he’s settled for suffering in silence.
He can’t even talk to Cleo about it. They were so close as kids, but now they barely talk, even while being in the same friend group. She’s made an effort to avoid him, he’s been trying to ask why but she never gives a straight answer. Evan misses his sister. He can’t talk to their other friends about it, how could they understand? Most of them think he’s too important or too busy to even hang out half the time.
He still tries to maintain that perfect image, he just wishes he had someone he could talk to about everything. The golden child is slowly starting to crack.

Everyone in the gang is part of a sub duo/trio with their bestie/s, Evan is the only exception to this (for now…)
He secretly takes happy pills, no one knows except him and his doctor, he stops taking them eventually…after some stuff happens with Cleo, I won't say much because that's for another post on its own but I'll say that both of them get better afterwards :)

Skylettes are creatures born from clouds. One of which is Robyn, the eldest child of the royal family and heir to the throne. This is a role that she takes with pride, and she puts her all into preparing herself to be a good queen.
This means that she’s had to become a very responsible, mature person. So within the friend group, she’s the mum friend. The voice of reason, the one to talk to about all your issues, and…the one with anger issues.
She tries not to get angry, but she can’t help it. Much like her father, when she gets mad, she gets mad. And much like her mother, she’d rather hide that fact from everyone else and work on herself in private. Though, she’s still the least unhinged of the group…relatively.
But at the same time, she’s still a teenage girl. Robyn is a lover of fashion and beauty. Princesses already have large wardrobes, but even compared to those Robyn still has an excessive amount of outfits, mainly dresses. She loves dresses and skirts. In fact if she had to choose between a beautiful but constricting dress or comfy pants, 99% of the time she’s picking the dress. She also really enjoys doing hair and makeup, both her own and her friends’. She’s beautiful and she knows it, but she’s beautiful inside too. Well, at least, that’s how she aspires to be.
The other royals in the friend group aren’t heirs, but Robyn is. Admittedly, she’s also treated better by her family than they are due to that fact. She’s much more fond of her life as a royal than the others, but there’s still ups and downs. In the end though, she tries her best to be calm and responsible like a future queen should be.

The cloud Robyn was created from was used exactly at sunrise, with a ‘pure’ cloud (just meaning it was just a cloud, no rain or snow or stuff), her parents literally demanded it so they could make her 'the perfect queen' one day
She and her species always have a cloud form (their real forms) and more humanoid, tangible forms for interacting with things on the ground. They're always much calmer and less emotional in their cloud forms
If she wasn’t a princess, she’d would absolutely be running some kind of beauty/fashion store
You will never catch her without her gold heart locket, there’s a picture of her family inside
She’s also really into nail art, she hasn’t had as much practice with as she has with makeup, but she’s getting there :)

Fawflorna Forest is the earth kingdom, home to all sorts of creatures. This includes hybrids, creatures that are part human, part animal. The royal family, for instance, are human-fox-deer hybrids.
Terran is the prince. Blinded as a child in an accident, expected to die, but just…didn’t. Many suspect he had a guardian angel, which really wouldn’t be much of a surprise when angels indeed are real and they already live in a world full of magic.
His name is Evan, and happens to be one of Terran’s friends. And he manages to hide it (enough) but…Terran has a crush. But he doesn’t want to try to start a relationship. Why? Well, he knows that Evan lives a busy life. Terran may be an elemental prince, but Evan’s even more important than he is. He’s literally being trained to be the ruler of Heaven, Terran already knows that he doesn’t have time for a boyfriend.
Speaking of being a prince though…actually, he doesn’t mind it. The other 3 elementals of the group live some…difficult lives, but Terran couldn’t care less. Being blind means that a lot of the time, his family is walking on eggshells around him. And yeah, he could do without that part, but it means he gets away with having more fun.
He’s a goofball with a love for making jokes, pulling pranks, and laughing with his friends. Especially the brothers, Damien and Ace, his best friends. Ace in fact created a visor for Terran to wear to restore his sight. Though, it gives him headaches, so he really only wears it for school.
If he’s not at school or with his best friends, he’s probably in the forest. Hunting, archery, collecting rocks, planting trees, talking to animals, all some of his favourite pastimes. Even blind, he can map out the entire forest. Terran loves his life, even the not so fun parts, and he lives it to the fullest.

Since he’s blind, Terran’s powers work differently to his family's. Their powers work best with the plants and ground and other earth materials that they can see, but Terran obviously can't do that. He relies a lot more on feeling/listening what's around him or talking to animals so they can tell him
Being an Earth elemental, and the prince at that, Terran naturally is a huge activist and protestor when it comes to nature and the environment, he has absolutely run protests by himself
Since he’s also part fox and deer, he has a fair amount of animalistic tendencies and instincts
He’s a hunter, with his main weapon being how bow and arrows, though it’s his rule to make sure he never overhunts and always makes sure that his kills are quick and painless

The people of the fire kingdom, Infernelle, have a reputation for housing angry, violent, sometimes even evil people. The royal family is often included in this stereotype, which they’re fine with. It’s true, after all, isn’t it? Angry monsters who love to fight and argue, that’s the norm. But Ash hates that norm. They always do their best to separate themself from that one of label. Though admittedly, being a royal dragon hybrid fire creature doesn’t help. But it’s exactly why they always try to stay so conscious of their temper. They’re a chill person, they’re not a monster, they only wish that more people would give them a chance. Being a treated as a monster is so…demeaning. Being a royal is not fun. They hate it. They hate being seen as a monster, they hate that they barely get any say over their life. And they fucking hate their mother. They know that she prioritises the kingdom and their eldest sibling over everything else. And the fucking arranged marriage, too. They like Pearl, they’ll admit that, but they want more control over the relationship. They actually want to get to know her. She’s a great friend and Ash enjoys her company, but at the same time, they barely ever hang out. It’s not her fault, they don’t blame her, it’s their parents. Ashton wants something good to come out of the relationship, they really do, but that’s not possible if everything’s getting preplanned for them. And that’s why Ash hates being royalty. They’re much more into music and punk and just living their life. They want to be a musician but nope, they get to live a stupid royal life instead. Ashton wants out.

Usually they can just take some meds and it’s fine, but whenever they do go through these episodes they’re left in a frantic, paranoid state. The others don’t know about this

How it feels to post about your ocs even though only 2 people care about them

"I know, I know I'm socially awkward! But I think I'm cool too!"
Having 5 siblings means that Pearl isn’t given a lot of attention in her household. It’s a big reason as to why she tends to keep to herself. She knows most people would consider her shy and socially awkward (herself included) but she swears, she’s still fun!
Though…being shy is a but of an issue when you’re also a public figure like a princess. She’s the 4th in line for the throne of the underwater kingdom of Nacreris…so, very little chance of actually becoming ruler…but, regardless, she’s still royalty. She’s still swarmed by paparazzi, she's still under a mountain of pressure to be all prim and proper and perfect, and, a part that she is VERY mixed on, already has an arranged spouse, Princex Ashton Regium.
She doesn't have any actual problems with Ash themself, they’re fine…cool, even. They’re a lot of fun to be around and Pearl would be lying if she said they didn’t make her smile- BUT THAT’S BESIDES THE POINT! Pearl doesn’t want to be forced to do all this. There’s a lot of aspects of royal life that she hates, and not having any say in the marriage is part of that. In her mind, it’s doomed to fail. And yeah, again, Ashton, is pretty cool. They’re really nice and chill and have a really nice singing voice and they’re attractive and they make her laugh but she can’t love them! The marriage is gonna fail, she knows that, she can’t let herself fall for them.
That being said, it doesn’t mean her life is all bad. She likes having water powers and being a mermaid that gets to explore the ocean. And being on land and having legs isn’t her favourite things but she likes all the horror movies/game/other content to enjoy and the friends she’s made at school. And at least they don’t care that she’s shy.
