Lucifer was seething as he watched from his seat on the couch. The hotel got a new resident staying with them, the guy was tall, muscler, had great black hair and eyes that were ringed red and yellow.

Currently those eyes were roaming all over Adam, from his face, to his chest and lower. Not even subtle about it, he was even trying to get a look behind the fallen angel. He was taller than Adam, which really was something the guy was nearly 7 feet tall. The dicks name was Jax, what kind of fucking name was that? Lucifer ground his teeth together when the asshole made Adam laugh at another stupid joke.

"Holy fuck, that's hilarious." Adam breathed as he tried to normalize his laughter.

Jax smirked leaning in closer. "If you want, I can show you what else I got. A little more privately."

Adam felt his face grow warm, he took a step back. "Oh, I don't know Jax. Huh, what's that? I think I hear someone calling me." Adam practically ran away down the hall. He liked Jax, he was fine but he still had issues when it came to more than flirting with a man. Especially if that man wasn't Lucifer.

Lucifer watched Adam go, some relief washing over him. This was one of the few times he was grateful that Adam was nervous around potential partners. They've flirted before and it's flustered the fallen angel to no end, but he's never had Adam run from him. He held back growl as Jax came and sat beside him on the couch. He lounged there, hands behind his head. "Man, I don't know how you do it."

Lucifer raised a brow. "Do what?"

"Live down the hall from him and do nothing about it. He's the finest sinner I've seen in a while."

The king felt his rage spike. Of course Adam was attractive, he's always known he was since Eden. Human, Angel, or Sinner, Adam was breathtaking.

Jax's statement gave him an idea. He abruptly stood up and took off down the hall.

Jax blinked. "Was it something I said?"

Adam sat in his room, trying to will away the tears that pooled in his golden eyes. Why didn't Lucifer want him like that? Was he really that unattractive to the devil that he didn't mind Adam flirting with others? He thought if Lucifer saw him with Jax it would make him jealous, the fucker wasn't even that funny. His jokes were stupid and he was a 6 at best.

He jumped at the sound of a knock on his door. Adam wiped his eyes and huffed. If that was Jax he was gonna - "Lucifer?" The king pushed his way past him into his room. "Umm, come in?" Adam closed the door.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing?" Lucifer growled, eyes shining.

"Huh?"

Lucifer grabbed him and pulled him close to his face. "What the fuck are you doing with that asshole?"

Adam scoffed. "The fuck do you care?"

"I care more than you think." He smashed their mouths together surprising Adam, he closed his eyes and kissed back. He felt the vibration of Lucifer's growl and was moved to the bed, the king swiftly getting on top of him.

Lucifer pulled away and smirked at Adams flush panting form. Good. He rolled their hips together bringing out a moan from the sinner. He kissed and bit at his neck, pulling more beautiful sounds from Adam. "I bet they don't make you sound like that, do they? Thinking he has a chance with you." Another roll of their hips had them both moaning. "I want you a lot more than you think I do, Adam. You've always been mine."

Adam wanted to touch him, but when he made a move Lucifer pinned his hands to the bed. "Could have fucking fooled me."

"How about I take away any more doubts you have, hmm?" Lucifer rocked their hips together as he recaptured Adams lips, sneaking his tongue into the sinners mouth.

Adam wrapped his legs around Lucifer trying to get as much friction as possible. Fuck this felt amazing, almost better than being in heaven. He felt the king smirk into the kiss. One hand now held both his wrists on the bed and the other went to his hair at the base of his horns giving a tug. Adam arched his back, head going back breaking the kiss as he moaned and panted. "L-Luic."

Lucifer chuckled as he stared at Adam, his red eyes a mix of lust and something Adam couldn't place. "Fuck, you're such a wreck, and because of me too. Who would have thought that the first man would want a piece of the devil." He purred and ground their hips together harder to make his point. Fuck how he wanted him.

Adam couldn't think straight, his mind fuzzy with want. "Luci please!"

"You want me?"

"Yes!"

Lucifer smirked, "Then you've got me, baby." He kissed Adam roughly again, claiming what was rightfully his.

No one would come between them.

Sooo we all know how S2 of HH would be 'The Vees' centric. And how Alex (Adam, Fizz and Sir Pentious VA) was already recoding lines (it was on instagram)

What if at the start, like legit, no mention of Adam and his soul, no nothing. Not even a discussion with Sera about Adam being a sinner. Like Adam dying was a old news, everyone forgot about him (maybe just a flashback from Lute), to the point where even us, the viewers would be like 'okay I guess Adam really is gone and that Alex was just there to record Fizz and Sir Pentious lines'

So I would find it pretty funny if by the end, almost at the end of season two, when we already believe that Adams genuinely not coming back, we'd just see him as a sinner at a guitar store tweaking his guitar and watches as Katie Killjoy annouces how 'Beef between the influential Vees and old timey Radio Demon resolved with a musical number by the princess of hell herself'.

And Adam just kinda watches on and says "thats so weak" then goes back to tweaking guitars.

Because as much as I love the theories of Adam immedietly rushing to the hotel to get 'reddemed and get to heaven'.

I kinda wanna see him thrive in hell.

Keep his identity as a Sinner in the downlow.

This thought came in because c'mon bro, before heaven my man was the first ever boyscout. Figuring out how to make fire, making and harvesting crops, creating shelter, bro was fighting and killing animals to feed his family.

And I kinda imagine how he'd rather save his pride then meet a bunch of 'hippy delusional losers'.

Of course he'll still hate sinners, but I bet he'll like those who are into rock. (Most of the Winners and Heaven born dont like rock, of course excluding the exorcists)

And of course I cant leave this rant without adamsapple tf.

If they get married, Adam's title would officially be Prince Consort of Hell.

As silly as calling him the queen of hell is, Prince Consort is a badass title and feels more serious/real? King also wouldn't be applicable as a title bc he's not a monarch himself, he's married to one. Maybe I just think fancy titles are cool lmaoo

'Come to the masquerade,' Lucifer had said. 'We can have a nice evening,' he had said. Well, screw him! Screw him and that stupid, charming smile of his. Screw him and his stupid, beautiful eyes.

Adam's fists were clenched tightly as he threw open the front door of the hotel, scaring a new resident so badly that he promptly fled to one of the common areas in the back. Adam didn't care. He was too busy trying, and failing, to contain the anger that was boiling up inside of him. The stinging pain his, not quite new anymore, claws left on his hands helped, a little at least. It had been months since he had been killed by that little monster people around here called Niffty, and since he had respawned in hell. As a mere sinner of all creatures. During these months, Lucifer had taken him in and made sure that Adam didn't get himself into too much trouble. They had gotten close during these months. Or, at least, that's what he had believed. Apparently, he had been wrong. Scratch that. Of course, he had been wrong. How stupid he had been. To believe that Lucifer would for once choose him! Laughable. He should be used to not being his first choice. Still, it stung.

Adam slammed the door shut with as much force as he could muster. If it hadn't been built with magic, it likely would have fallen off its hinges. But like this, it just rattled in its frame for a bit before even that stopped, and it stood just like it had before. Mocking him in its intactness. Adam sort of wished it would have broken. Maybe that way someone, Vaggie for example, would have yelled at him, and he could have let this frustration out in a good old screaming match, but like this, he had no choice but to stand there, grit his teeth and seethe silently.

"Someone's in a mood." A familiar voice laughed from one of the plush couches that had been arranged in a seating era just right of the entrance.

Adam shot an angry glare at Angel Dust. The spider demon lifted all four hands in a placating manner.

"Jesus, calm down. What's gotten your panties in a twist?" a smirk played around his lips. "The night didn't go as you expected, I take it?"

Adam wanted to throw an insult at the demon's head. But he had learned that none of the ones he could think of right now would have the desired effect. Dammit. He let out a sigh, his shoulders sacking a bit with the escaping air and anger, and he marched his way over to the demon. "No," he finally agreed, letting himself drop onto the couch, next to Angel Dust. The demon had only a moment to get his legs away from where he was lounging, to avoid Adam just sitting on top of them.

"Brute," he muttered under his breath, but Adam chose not to honor that with a reply.

He could feel the Demons eyes on the side of his head, and he turned to look at him with a scowl. "What?"

"Maybe," Angel Dust started, "You should just talk to him." One of his hands shot forward to motion to him. "Explain all of this, and spare the rest of us your moods."

Adam's expression soured even further.

"Maybe you should take a dip in the next lava-lake," he snarled.

Angle Dust has the audacity to laugh. When did these demons stop being afraid of him? Probably, when he had died on what had essentially been their front porch.

"You're always such a pleasure to be around, man."

"And you are-" Before Adam could finish his sentence, the front door opened again, much softer than it had with Adam's own entrance, and gave view to the past person Adam wanted to interact with for the rest of the night.

Shit. Adam glanced over at Lucifer. Maybe Angel Dust's presence would deter him from trying to talk to Adam. He surely wouldn't want to interrupt them in the middle of a conver-

"Oh look, that's my cue!" Angel Dust said, standing up swiftly, and Adam felt the sudden need to choke him. Too bad that idiot would probably enjoy that. Angel Dust threw him an anything but subtle look, before marching to the stairs and practically sauntering up them. Not, however, without giving Lucifer a big grin and calling, "Talk to your man" thought the entire lobby. Adam would kill him.

Lucifer threw a questioning look after the demon that disappeared up the stairs and shook his head, before turning his attention to Adam. The man had all but frozen on his spot, and so he didn't move an inch, when Lucifer approached and took the place Angel Dust had vacated.

"You're mad," he obsevered.

Mad? MAD? Oh, Adam wasn't mad, he was furious. He was...

"I'm not," he denied.

The King of Hell raised an eyebrow. "And that's why you are pouting in the lobby, instead of having a good time at the ball. What happened? I thought you liked balls."

Adam ignored all his instincts to make a joke. Instead, he shook his head, decidedly not looking at Lucifer.

"I'm not pouting," he said, pouting. A low chuckle from Lucifer was his answer. Seriously? Was that asshole making fun of him now? How fucking dare he?

"Hi, 'Not pouting' I'm-"

"Don't you fucking dare finish that joke!" Adam hissed, whipping his head around to stare daggers at the smaller man. Lucifer grinned, but before Adam could scream at him further, he had already grown serious again. Placing a hand on Adam's shoulder.

"Come on, Adam. I can tell something is wrong. Why are you mad?" Warmth radiated from the place where his hand lay, and Adam did everything in his power to not lean into the touch.

"I'm not mad," he insisted again, if only because he didn't want to allow Lucifer the satisfaction of being right. And then, because he was stupid and couldn't stop himself, and maybe because Angel Dust's words echoed in his mind, he would never tell him that - he added. "I just think you could choose better people to kiss."

He regretted the words as soon as they had left his mouth. Lucifer's eyes widened momentarily, before a sly smile stared to play around his lips.

"Better people?" he repeated, his hand trailing down from Adam's shoulder to his biceps. "Like whom?"

Adam could feel the blush that exploded on his face and trailed down his neck. God, his whole body was burning, and he quickly averted his gaze.

"I... I don't know," he coughed. "Better people than that ugly demon you were making out with at the ball!" He wasn't sure if he was trying to convince Lucifer or himself that he hadn't meant anyone in particular.

Lucifer sighed. "First of all, she is a friend of mine, and I would appreciate it if you wouldn't insult her. And Secondly, we didn't make out. I gave her a peck, as a greeting."

Adam rolled his eyes. Friend his ass.

"Yeah, a peck on the lips," he pointed out.

"That's just what we do!" Lucifer said, and Adam didn't need to look to know that he was shrugging unapologetically. Asshole.

"But, you are right," Lucifer continued. "You are not mad. You're jealous."

If possible, the blush on Adam's cheeks grew even more intense. "I-" he started, but Lucifer didn't let him finish.

"Jealousy is a sin, Adam," Lucifer breathed quietly. When had he gotten so close? Adam could feel his words ghost over the side of his neck.

The man swallowed, turning his head to finally look at Lucifer. They were so close now that all it would take for him to finally taste these lips was a little movement. He stayed frozen in his spot. Lucifer smiled. That stupid, charming smile of his.

Then he leaned forward, and Adam half expected him to press their lips together. But instead, he went for his ear, while the hand that had held his biceps stroked up to softly hold the back of his neck in place.

Now Adam couldn't move, even if he wanted to.

"You know," Lucifer whispered softly, sending a shiver down Adam's spine. "How about, we go upstairs? And you tell me more about that better Person I could be kissing."

God, that devil was going to be the death of him... Again.

Thinking of a modern AU wherein Lucifer is dating Lilith and she would sometimes mention some thing about her ex, yes it Adam.

Of course its not too much where Lucifer would be jealous, actually most of what she mentions would be critism, for example: Lilith and Lucifer would stroll through the mall and Lilith would see a rock band shirt and spill a little 'what a tacky shirt, reminds me of when my ex used that same shirt to put out a fire he caused' or hear a song thats guitar covered and she'd roll her eyes 'my ex used to play that for 2 hours, wasted time'

And of course with how she talks about him, he'd immedietly assumed that this 'Adam' fellow was a deadbeat, cheap beer smelling, long hair, and even longer beard, rockstar wannabe.

So imagine Lucifers suprise when he actually sees this Adam, (idk how maybe Lilith and Adam recognized each other after seeing a movie) and sees the most drop dead gorgeous man his ever seen. Sure he has a few pounds on him (WHICH DIDNT JUST UNLOCK SOMETHING INSIDE OF LUCIFER NO SIR NO WAY) but overall a symmetrical face, a mop of brown hair that makes the man look cute instead of intimidating and brown no--gold? colored eyes.
