not so friendly reminder not to watch kephrii on September 8th. 

for those who don’t know or forget, basically kephrii used his power to manipulate women into sending him nudes, all while cheating on his wife. his direct quote is “Being blunt, I used my position to hit on women online because I was horny and lacked self control & respect for myself and more importantly my wife… I was a horny 23 year old guy & I was willing to say and do anything to make it happen.” He admitted that he had no respect for himself and his wife, but he forgot to mention the women that he demanded nudes from as well. logs were literally leaked proving all of this. you can read more about it here. 

since the incident, most streamers and owl players are avoiding him. they’ve unfriended, stopped playing, and just don’t acknowledge him. it’s clear that people don’t want him in the scene, so the fact that Overwatch is partnering with him for the D.Va Challenge is very weird. 

also for those who will argue- this isn’t about him cheating on his wife or a grown man exchanging nudes. this is about Kephrii being proven to demand nudes from his fans, and admitting to using his position of power as a streamer to target women who are fans in hopes of getting nudes. He’s a creep and doesn’t deserve a platform.
