it doesn’t matter whether or not you like enji. it doesn’t matter if you don’t like his redemption arc. the one thing you can’t deny about his development is that it brought ⅔ of the todoroki fam back together (⅔ bc enji ain’t there with them and touya is… “dead”). what he did as a result of his redemption brought shouto, fuyumi, natsu, and rei together again. they were happy together.

enji’s character development brought his family happiness. no matter what your opinion about him is, what you think he deserves, his (recent) actions made his family happy. enji made his family happy. he was the one who did it.
