009 - Moonlight 23/05/2026
I've started working on a big project two weeks ago, but I have exams coming soon so I wasn't in the mood to work on the big complicated painting. So today it's just a little sketch, quick and easy, for the fun (without any expectations about the result).
008 - Sand Shark from Subnautica 26/04/2026
I'm not playing the game, but my youngest son loves Subnautica so I decided to do it for him. At first I wasn't sure I would be able to do it, I had some serious doubts when I saw all the details on the model, but I still wanted to try. It took me many hours to finish, but it was worth it, I'm really happy with the result. (if I ever play the game I will kill every spinner fish I see, because that thing was f*cking DIFFICULT to paint) xD
This one is a big project that will take me a VERY long time to finish, so here's the step-by-step progression of the picture. The fact that I don't play the game makes it even more challenging, because I've never actually seen that monster, I have no idea about his moves or his anatomy.
007 - Baby dragon on a mushroom 03/04/2026
The plan was just to draw a mushroom, since I love everything about forests/autumn/fungi. The I decided to draw the tiny dragon and the snail, at the very end, just to add a small touch of fantasy.
006 - Horse silhouette 15/03/2026
I was in the mood to do something quick and easy, today, so just a very minimalistic horse silhouette. It turned out even better than expected.
005 - The Yumkasaurus 14/03/2026
Indwelling saurians was my favourite part of Natlan exploration, so here we are. A cute Yumkasaurus from the Scions of Canopy tribe. This little guy was so fun to draw, but it also made me realise I must learn how to paint landscapes and backgrounds.
004 - My first dragon 21/02/2026
Today I chose to paint a dragon. I used to draw dragons all the time, as a teenager (20 years ago) so it was easy enough because I still remembered how to do it. I had no model. Just my memory and my imagination. The result doesn't look as good as I hoped, but well... it's part of the learning curve, I will improve with time and experience, so it's OK.
003 - The White Horse Adeptus 15/02/2026
A character from genshin Impact again. Zibai's design is absolutely GORGEOUS, and this cutscene from the Lantern Rite Festival was amazing. I used a screenshot as a model, to draw this picture. I really love this color palette with soft green, gold and white. Very elegant and refined. And I'm very happy with the result ! So proud of myself !

002 - VARESA from Genshin Impact 31/01/2026
Genshin Impact is my favourite game, and Varesa is one of my all-time favourite characters. She's a lovely little ray of sunshine, and I really enjoyed drawing her. The most difficult part was the bell on her left ear, I struggled for a while before getting it right.
001 - Just a Little Fish 20/12/2025
New tablet, new software, and a lot of things to learn ! I decided to go for something simple, just to get used to the various tools and brushes. I found this fish in an online coloring book. The result is far from perfect but I'm still satisfied, it's good enough for a first picture !
