I’m so tired of people justifying fat shaming assholes. Just because they “deserve it” and you’re only doing it because “you know it will hurt them” it can be detrimental to those struggling with body image issues who aren’t assholes and don’t need yet another reminder that society thinks they’re disgusting. It hurts even more when the person being criticized for their weight is in better shape than you. I’m sorry to lecture but I see this so much and if I don’t think people realize it’s damaging. Especially with Trump.... like there are nine million other things you can and should criticize him for, why go after his body?
