Introduction !

hey everybody

i created this account to document my life and track my study progress. hopefully I'll be able to motivate someone out there too :')

a little about me:

i'm from India.

i'm a JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) 2027 aspirant (dropper).

i want to get into a (at least decent) college and do my Bachelors of Technology in CSE (or some similar branches, but this would be my top preference)

hobbies : music (i sing and play guitar), reading, coding, watching movies, photography/cinematography (im terrible at it), sometimes writing, sometimes sketching, sky watching, travelling, journaling.

I'll be posting my study progress (and sometimes random stuff) here.

I'm not sure how this journey will unfold but I'm going to try my best and take it one day at a time. If you happen to follow along, I'm grateful. And even if it's just me here, that's okay too.

off to a horrible start honestly.. i kinda fell sick and also fell into a little bit of a slump. i need to pull myself out of this man.. i hate it

ᣟ𐚁˳14th June: JEE Mains Mock 2 (300 marks)

ᣟ𐚁˳14th June: JEE Mains QPT 2 (300 marks)

ᣟ𐚁˳28th June: JEE Advanced Mock 1 (360 marks) : 2 papers (180 marks each)

habits:

ᣟ𐚁˳ not kidding but i really need to eventually study for 10 hours almost everyday to catch up with everything this month << 8 hours in the beginning ig? >>

ᣟ𐚁˳ post everyday! (even tho it's embarrassing when i havent studied much)

ᣟ𐚁˳ journal every alternate day

ᣟ𐚁˳ attend math's live class everyday !! (no backlog this month plspls)

ᣟ𐚁˳ solve around a 100 questions (try try try). i'll update about this everyday when i post too.

ᣟ𐚁˳ revision at the start of the day

ᣟ𐚁˳ clean room everyday after waking up

ᣟ𐚁˳ film theory revision/summary videos for 6-7 chapters in maths, 6-7 chapters in physics, 7-8 chapters in chemistry

ᣟ𐚁˳ store all the good/difficult questions at one place (same chapters as above)

ᣟ𐚁˳ guitar session regularly? at least 15-20 minutes

ᣟ𐚁˳ learn to drive properly

May Checklist

test dates:

⌀ 17th May: JEE Mains Short Test ( 100 marks ) done

⌀ 31st May: JEE Mains Mock 1 (300 marks) postponed to next month

⌀ 31st May: JEE Mains QPT 1 (300 marks) done

habits:

⌀ study everyday or at least be regular ! (and post about it. build the consistency). my goal is to take it close to almost 10 hours by the end of the month. lol so i couldn't manage 10 hours on any day. the maximum I did was around 9 though, but i was pretty consistent with my posts this month (better than in april at least). i think i missed about 4 days of posting or updating (and not studying), but those were the days i truly couldn't get out of bed or just couldn't study despite trying. so i'm okay with that

⌀ attend math's live class everyday (except sundays). uhh so i was stuck with backlogs at the beginning of the month, so i couldn't attend it live. however, i caught up with it afterwards so we're good

⌀ skincare everyday (i am pretty regular but for some reason, i've been having some issues with my skin. but well, maybe it's hormonal. i'll just do my part). done ! my skin has improved too (touchwood😭)

⌀ document life (whether it be journaling or filming videos). done. again, compared to the last month, i did this a lot more.

⌀ do one happy activity everyday (playing guitar and singing, walking while listening to music, reading something, watching a show). not necessarily everyday but yes

⌀ solve 50 questions (initially) and then 100 questions everyday (try !) ok so i failed miserably with this one 💥 i wasn't regular and kept 50 as my goal. some days, i did do it, other days not even close (also im talking about questions that i do individually; not the sort of question discussed in the class)

⌀ revision at the end of the day. tried and didnt work out for me because i used to be so sleepy and just wanted to get over with it

⌀ no more than 1.5 glasses of coffee (try !) i shouldve specified the quantity or something lol but my caffein intake was pretty average this month. some days i did drink a lot tho but eh

⌀ better mental health ? safe to say, but i think i managed myself a little better this month.
