I'm one of Lachlan's irl friends Clay hi hi.

On November 6th, 2025 Lachlan took his own life. I won't give out many details but he always spoke of his Tumblr account and moots with love and humor, like he did for most things in life. Thank u to everyone who made his time here great.

to me, self shipping is slowly becoming more consumer based the more people start applying extreme rules instead of what it is at its core. yourself. its one thing to want people to have morals and not be disgusting, but its another to demand someone who is just existing do what makes YOU comfortable over what makes THEM comfortable. people forget, you dont have to like everyones self ship. its NOT FOR YOU. its for THAT PERSON. crazy rules like "if you don't reblog everyones posts and interact with everyone, you're being selfish." or "dont expect to get attention if you dont xyz." or for crying out loud, when people decide to spend hundreds of dollars trying to prove a point that they're the number one lover of a f/o. its so pointless. all this pointless fighting, sharing discourse, which "selfshipper" has it worse when it comes to f/os. (and i dont mean being a marginalized person i mean the anime f/os vs other f/os nonsense) genuinely speaking, ask yourself, does it matter? to get so mad and want someone to follow your rules on how to self ship? just move on and leave them alone and i promise you'll feel happier in your own ships.
