So me and my ex have always been friends. Even before we started dating we were friends. We dated on and off for 3 years and he was the first person I've been in love with. I have found that more recently I know exactly the type of person he is. I had a thing with him this May and he was trying to get with another girl. Yet I still wanted to be with him. We have remained friends despite everything. Now I find out after he spent homecoming trying to get with me his ass likes my cousin. He’s told her it was “Love at first sight” and shit. anyone else have that really bad anxiety that doesn’t get worse and doesn’t get better but just sits and makes you freak out but not to a panic or anxiety attack level and doesn’t lessen, so you’re just sitting and panicking for hours afraid to get up. Afraid that someone is going to get you. Afraid that if you say the wrong thing someone is going to come and take you back to the hospital? Being afraid of what you can and can’t tell your therapist when you meet them because what if they tell your parent’s and they send you back to the hospital?Afraid of the fact that you’re going to have to leave your house today and the thought of facing what is out there, makes you want to dig a hole and stay there?

Anyone else just fucking done at the moment? I am. My anxiety has been fucking horrible. I stayed home from school today and my parents are mad because I don’t like going. Like I’m sorry that going to school gives me anxiety and panic attacks. Sorry that I’m a burden to you guys. Sorry that I’m the fucked up daughter. Sorry about that. It just sucks because they want me to be open about my feelings but when I am they make me feel like crap. What the hell do you want me to do then? Hold it all in until I get suicidal again?
