What would be a nice Spring gift your human would gift your Shepp?
And what about a lover? Or two?
Can be canon or not, so long you don't pull out a truck out of your pocket.
Hey! Palia has the potential to be a great game, but you know what's ridiculous?
Marketing a game as "inclusive" when it has none of the most basic accessibility features!
Help us shake things up and getting heard by participating in this new survey!!
This survey is aimed at disabled Palia players, but abled Palia players or disabled players of all video games are welcome to participate to
Hey! I'm Bruje Butch, I play Palia and I'm disabled. I've seen it firsthand, and lots of other disabled players have too: Palia isn't accessible. It's not inclusive hen it comes to us. That sucks. I'd like for that to be fixed. Even moreso I'd like to be heard about it. Here's my attempt at that.
Please participate if you're a gamer, disabled or not, Palia player or not!
New survey out!
Feel free to complete this one as well, it is much more thorough!!
Kay so this is a Tamala hate account, period.
Hated her bullshit behaviour but now that I know what she's part of? Oh I'm never trusting that piece of crass.

Mmmm not a good look on Palia/Singularity 6 rn.
Folks have mentioned in the accessibility feedback channel that there are graphics issues that can cause problems for folks with epilepsy, migraines, etc. There's also general accessbility issues for folks playing one-handed.
Someone mentioned these haven't even been ACKNOWLEDGED, and the channel was set to slow mode with a ten minute cool down- it WAS six.... and went up to eight, then ten, for every message giving honest criticism on the lack of acknowledgement for simple accessibility requests.
Instead of the basic of acknowledgements.... the admins/devs are silencing disabled folks.
NOT a good look, y'all, and I hope y'all address it soon.
hello my fellow epileptics and other photosensitive people! there's a game called palia that recently added an event that causes the entire event area to flash whenever someone sets off a big fireworks show, and the game has no flash toggle. i've seen only a few people mention submitting feedback to the devs about it, so if you could write to them and bring more attention to it i would appreciate it so much! the game is otherwise pretty safe (although some people have reported having problems with the light that shows up while mining/chopping trees), but a flash toggle is always good to have.
this is the link to their feedback form: https://palia.info/feedback
thank you to anyone who helps out!
PALIA ↳ Jel Omiata
jel (except he’s wearing the outfit i wore to a show last night)
The families in this game are so well written but that has me by the throat tbh like..... Badru and Hodari and Ashura and Kenli? Four EXTREMELY DIFFERENT fathers. And they all have my daddy issues in shambles.
None of them are abusive, but none of them are great dads either. AND THE DIALOGUE ACTUALLY ADDRESSES THAT.
I started flirting with Hodari not expecting the fatherhood aspect of his character being so proeminent, but I'm LOVING IT as much as I hate it diegetically. Because that man has no self-preservation whatsoever and that hurts my feelings.
Badruu has been my Shepp for two months at least, maybe more, and since I play at least weekly and he's one of the characters I keep spamming interactions with, he actually talks about his kids a lot!! And how he's not at all confident in his ability at fathering them properly, but how he has faith in them 😭 man I am IN MY FEELINGS.
Ashura legit owns up to having fucked up with how he dealt with his child going against his wish. That's really big to me.
Kenli too. Out of all the characters I expected to empathize with, he really wasn't even on the list. Like at all. But him being abused by his spouse aside, he's also pretty touching with how he trusts Kenyatta to know herself. Like, he's a pathetic and bad leader, but he sees his daughter as an individual, and while passive and moot when it comes to actively supporting her, he still vocally does.
I'm just glad for the take on fatherhood that this game gives.
And when it comes to mothers too, each of them are so unique, like just putting Delaila and Eshe side by side, you can count differences, but huge common characteristics too. I don't have the words right now but it has me going just thinking about it, I'm getting flappy hands about it!!!
