     it was pleasant to have his eldest daughter living with them again back at their family home after a plethora amount of years in the emperor’s coven. she must have been so homesick… although their witchlet lilith was not that far away from her parents’ humble abode, but that did not mean her presence at the house was not missed or unwanted. her visits were always cherished & appreciated when she was still a member of her chosen coven.

       He’d been practicing his magic, you see. Powers that were only amplified by AMPHIBIA’Sstrange environment. Muddied and covered in origami sheets, Kubo blinks his only eye and swallows as the elder frog steps outside. In his arms, the culprit ; the enchanted shamisen, miraculously completely unscathed. Kubo points to a little origami samurai perched between MUSHI’S antennae. “ … He did it. ”

     ❝ holy frog, what was that!? ❞ hopediah exclaimed as he heard an extremely loud BOOM near the barn. the elderly frog supposes the re-read of his road rules book has to come to stop to check out all the commotion. he exits his humble abode immediately to investigate what the frog was going on & what could have possibly caused such a ruckus at this hour during the day.

     upon exiting his humble abode, his jaw drops at the sight of the mess that was made within the premises of his family’s property. of course that mess belonged to home’s latest resident, although hopediah was very surprised to see that sprig & anne were not the culprits this time around. ❝ kubo, have you been playing that instrument again? i thought i made myself clear to not play near the barn. ❞
