Y2D6:#storytime After an incredible seven day trip exploring Montana with my family, 3 hours before our flight home, I twisted my ankle, and bruised my other leg on the way down. I don’t know what a ”curb” is. • Yesterday, a new client canceled on me for July. I was stoked for the upcoming job, and for the opportunity to do some fantastic work with them. I got the news after exiting a cell dead zone. Frustrated, hurt, and feeling sorry for myself, I pulled over the car at a rest stop, walked 100ft away from my family, and yelled/ screamed as loud as I could. I’m not sure what I wanted out of it, but it felt great to let it out. • Today the universe answered me. I ate shit. Most importantly, my family carried the weight, literally. Family is the most important thing, and I'm beyond lucky that I have a great one. •• Shoutout to @jetblue. Your staff at the Bozeman Yellowstone Airport are amazing. Thanks for pushing me around, helping carry and check in our luggage, keeping the kids entertained, and my partner sane.
