Do not for the love of god group me in with these children that think this phrase is okay. As a millennial I personally think the phrase is immature and shows that younger people today don’t like being told they are wrong or when a person older than them doesn’t listen to them. Go fight in the war or live through the depression than come back and cry to me about how older people don’t listen to you. Maybe it’s for this reason.

but yea i just learned from observing people and looking at pictures, drawings, etc. i usually simplify things down to understand proportions, figures, and movement. i forgot to mention this, but for poses, keep in mind that if you want to avoid stiff/stick-like bodies, make sure your limbs have curves in the right places. i would recommend checking this or this, but it’s mostly observation based. otherwise, i would advise just observing people and how limbs move/curve.

also, im not sure what you meant by “hard angles” but i think you meant “head angles”? idk. i was pretty vague on that section bc i would have to go into further detail on how to draw certain head angles, and it can get complicated for me to explain certain things. im just sticking with general stuff to know.
